Went in around 7:00. Not big on bashing a place, but soda machine tasty moldy, original fries were cold (they replaced them), burgers were old. Probably the worst McDonalds experience I have ever had.
It’s hit-and-miss. They’re understaffed, and have a mixture of employees that love their work, and employees that hate their work.They get orders right, but the drive thru is slow and because gas is catastrophically expensive your best bet is to go inside to eat.Their dining room is well-stocked, but slippery floors are common so be careful walking in.Please try to be nice to the employees. They’re in the same pickle as we are, and being while being rude and annoying isn’t acceptable, being rude right back won’t help (if you’ve worked a fast-food joint job, you’ll understand.) they’re working (not as hard as possible) to serve you, in a country that often pays you more to not work at all. That should be respected and appreciated.
Drive thru was slow. I ordered, paid and was pulled up to 3rd window and waited while 8 cars (about 12 minutes) behind me got their order. No special orders just regular menu.

Staff was in the building at 6:00 am on Sunday, November 28, 2021. The McDonalds app and Google both report that this Prattville location opens at 5am. I placed a mobile app order and was unable to pick it up. No one would answer the drive thru intercom and staff told me through the window that they were not open yet. I had to cancel my order.
Love me some McDonald's they're very nice here and pretty fast too
I'm not a big fan of McDonald's is McDonald's however my daughter wanted a mcflurry. To my shock and surprise the the ice cream machine was working that day. Good job Mickey D

I don't think this is any fault of their own, because they're probably understaffed, but we were in the fast food line for 15 minutes, second car from the order menu. When we got up to order, no one came over the intercom. We waited 5 minutes, and then we asked a car to let us out of line. We were trying to go on vacation, and I didn't want to waste any more time getting to it!
