place is so trash never have hot food and order 85 percent of time is wrong. and it gets worse every summer the young people of prattville is pathetic when it comes to work especially in fast foods in the town. this mcdonald make you think it's not a good franchise but i go to day street location in montgomery and it's so good and remind you mcdonald is a good food stop
This mcdonalds is the worst I've been too. I'm not sure what it is exactly, but the lunch food is not the same it never tastes right like it's all just old or somthing. Trust me drive the extra couple of miles if you want mcdonalds, go to either one by the interstate 65 you will notice a difference. I can say there breakfast food is decent though. But every single time I've ordered lunch from there I've never finished it. And I like mcdonalds just not this one.
McDonald’s on Memorial drive has some of the best customer service I have seen from among other McDonald’s. The friendly attitudes are consistent in the morning and night shifts.
Missed the Long drive thru line that is usually at this location so everything was fairly fast as fast food should be. Decent food, attitude of the employees could have been better, considering it was morning and not at the end of a long day.

I give McDonald's a 4 because a quarter pounder tastes the same no matter where you go BUT, the shake machines break down too much.
Ordered two cheeseburgers with ketchup only and it had onions pickles and ketchup, order two chicken nugget meals and they only gave us one then when they corrected it they still forgot to give us the fries with the second meal! I cannot stress enough that this is literally why I have not eaten McDonald's in almost 2 years! For this company to have when up on what they pay their workers, 90% of them are not even worth it

DON'T ORDER CURBSIDE!!!! You're order is basically placed in the back of the line, they (night shift atleast) chalk curbside, 5 minute order out, as "Uber Delivery"... after waiting 15 minutes in my car, I went in to see if there was an issue and it was total chaos! Waited another 5-8 minutes to get my order, and of course there was missing items and had to make 1 of the drinks& ask for all tyke condiments that was already on the order! ... This is just 1 of the several issues we've had at this location:/
