Kid friendly! And the food selection is divine, I highly recommend! My Turkey jalapeno crunch with avocado was extraordinary! The jalapeno roll it came on was *chefs kids*. Best sandwich I've ever had, and I tried the French dip my husband got and that was by far the most flavorful French dip I've ever tasted!
Good food. The turkey club sandwich and chicken grilled salad.. 20 minutes line wait during busy times. Overall, the food and kind staff good experience.?

Slowest service I’ve ever experienced. Not from lack of staffing, from lack of management and caring. Trash was over flowing, bathrooms disgusting, every table needed to be bussed, and they were joking behind the register.
We live in North Alabama. Our kids live in South Alabama. We have met here three times now to get grandkids and bring them back home to North Alabama. The food has always been very good, the staff very professional, the dining room is nice and big and the restrooms are always clean. This is our go to place to swap kids and get a nice meal.
When I enter the restaurant there was only 1 person in line. It was 4:30 in the afternoon. The service was good to the point of ordering, then it became slow. When I ordered 1/2 sandwich I was questioned as if I were stupid, then I ordered the Caesar salad with chicken and the young man was shocked that it was available and a large sweet tea was okay. The tea was handed to me as I was paying and I sat down and waited for 15 minutes for the rest. By the time I left the ice was almost completely melted. When I got home I reviewed the receipt and came to realize I was charged full price for a half of a sandwich and when I tried to call the restaurant, the phone was never answered, I tried all the extensions. Very poor service, the food was good though
This is the most disgusting McAllisters I’ve ever been in. The tables and chairs were all gross. The floors look like they haven’t been mopped in days. Just a dirty restaurant. Kids high chairs have food caked on. Do a weekly wipe down of those things at least
Went to eat with my husband and two of our friends and my husband and one of our friends found hairs in their food 1 in my husband’s sandwich and two in our friends potato meal he had ….. be careful when eating out always check your food luckily that’s how these where found ! Received a replacement item from the menu and the friend got a refund so they where nice enough to help with situation!! But restaurants should have hair nets on at all times !!!

I would be the first to understand staffing issues. The issue here is laziness as much as staffing. This location has an issues with cleanliness, a lack of class in general from inappropriate topics of conversation from the staff to messing with your cell phone and acting like a paying customer is an inconvenience. Very low energy staff. The guy at the front cash register taking orders had a beanie on with his hood up on his hoodie and had his head down looking at his phone when I came in. Just seems to be no leadership or incentive to care.
