Had dinner at Logan's Roadhouse with friends while at our fishing tournament on the Alabama River. Service was very good but the food was only okay. Only one out of three potatoes came out hot and the steaks didn't have much flavor. Four Stars is for the lady that took care of us as she was great. I have had better food before at other locations and would say this is probably just a off night at this one location. I would go back and give it another try if in town again to see before cancelling off my list.
Party of 6, arrived at 4:20pm and we were told the wait is about 15~20 mins.We were finally seated around 6:00pm…1hr 40min wait.Tried to order Coors draft beers, they were out of all draft beers. Not just Coors, all draft beers.So, we ordered bottles of Coors, but they ran out of that too.Waiter seemed tired and frustrated, gave us bit of attitude when trying to order quickly (since we’ve been waiting so long and hungry). Something about we have to order by the seat numbers….Silverware were dirty, we had to wipe them down with water and napkins.Table was sticky.At the end, the waiter even charged for kid’s lemonade in the kids meal order.He said because the kids drank it from the “big” cup, he charged additionally..…we didn’t specifically order any big cup, just ordered lemonades with kid’s meal.We didn’t want to argue, just paid for them.Our family had been coming Logan’s for about 18 years (started with Birmingham location). This location in Prattville was our final visit to Logan’s.Never coming back to this location
We had a group dine in for my son's College graduation which was reserved in advance! This place was terrible! It was 3 hours before any waitresses even showed up to the establishment for work! Not to mention we were charge individual server fees that were ridiculous being we reserved our services ahead of time as a group! Nevertheless, the food was very good & our server was outstanding! Please work on your customer service skills because you guys were not very friendly. I had out of town guest who didn't feel welcome in your establishment!?
I came to this sight to leave a bad review. I see that you’ve only gotten bad reviews and evidently do not care, because your service is still horrible and you only apologize without correcting the problem! I think our server would have potential but has evidently had ZERO TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. T.I.P.S mean “to insure proper service”. The food was good and it was brought out in a timely fashion however the attitude of our server was horrible. When we walked up and ask her how she was doing she said “I’m here“! And that is what she also said to the ONLY other two people that came in. When I bartended and it was slow I tried to make the most out of our customers. We would have easily left her a $20 tip however she got a $7 on a $62 tab. This is very unlike us. We typically tip 20-30%!I don’t think that she has had any direction in that restaurant at all, as we NEVER SAW A MANAGER, however was a sweet girl. Someone in that restaurant evidently needs to pep up the staff and give them some customer service skills. We will never come back when we come through here! I am not going to send the picture that I took because I feel like I have done enough on this post.
We came in and were promptly seated at table 22. The table was dirty, we asked waitress to wipe it off, she proceeded to tell us the busboy had to wipe it. We had to flag one down. Ordered a beverage from bar, took 10 mins. While waiting we placed our order and sat for another 35 minutes. People seated after us were getting their meals. We motioned for the waitress who immediately started up that two managers were cooking and she delivered meals when they were ready. She did go check on the order and returned with the dressing for a Roadhouse salad. Told us it would be another 8 minutes because there was a 20 top on the other side of restaurant. And they were first. Pretty sure our order was not input right away. She said if we didn’t like it she would get manager. We instead asked for our check for the drinks, she told us to go ahead and leave. Terrible customer service and a rotten attitude. Very disappointing. Never again.
Food was good and server was very nice. My friend's steak was over cooked. They replaced it and it was great. I waited while his second steak was being cooked. My food cooled off. They need more staff.
Came here to eat last week on a Sunday it was not busy it was starting to pick up when I showed up. We waited for a waiter for 15 minutes everyone kept passing by us. The high chairs seemed like they have never been cleaned, I had to use wipes from my bag to clean and the filth was disgusting. At that point we had enough of waiting and disgusted so we left. This is not the first time I have been here and service was not the best, only came here this time cause every other place was packed and they were not. Most definitely do not plan to come back no matter the circumstances.
Me and my wife went there on our Birthday 2/17/2022 to celebrate we had several places to choose from but we went to Logan. We ordered us a steak and when we wanted someSteak sauce they didn’t even have any A1 steak sauce. It took us forever to get our appetizers and got only one at a time. This is the first time we have ever had any problems as long as we have been going. We aren’t the only ones that had problems that night. We didn’t even get to enjoy our night and our steaks either! The manager act like She didn’t care it was sad that we couldn’t eat are steaks and enjoy are birthdays we will never go back to this location and we will tell are friends and family what to expect when they go!! We sat there and watched 4 other couples complaining about there dinner also it sad!we talked to the manager they should have fix the problem or gave the meal to us they took off 11$ off lol so sad!!!! Stop telling everyone you will look into this and do something about it!! Or send them to a web page that no one will do a dam thing about what happening at this place!!! Iam so sorry what that does not a dam thing we you and your family poss to have a good time and some aka good food service!!!
The steaks we ordered were supposed to be Medium and the ones we got were rare(Dark Red inside) and the rolls were raw dough and stretchy. We had to cook the steaks and the rolls. Attached is a pic of the rolls, one was bit into when we noticed they were not cooked at all.
My steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection! The rest of my food my hot and fresh as well! The garlic butter sealed the deal with the steak! Compliments to the cook on duty Friday night 2/11/2022!
