Terrible service, even though the lady at the window giving out food was very nice and friendly.
The outside tables was filthy and chairs broken. Went inside to eat and haf air conditioning jack up and it super freezing in there .Went ladies restroom it eas dirty and the other stall was out of order .The door was taped up with red and black tape. The cashier wasn't friendly. But will say that the food was good.
If you come here later at night even when they are supposed to be open you might be lucky if anyone answers the com or takes your order.
Almost all the time they are kind. Except once where one employee took my father's debit card to the back and was gone for several minutes. Turns out she opened up a Netflix account with it.
I have never had an issue with this location until today Sunday 2nd 2022. I got home with my order as follows 24 steamer pack 6 chili cheese pups and 3 large fries. Open the chili cheese pups to find molded bread. Couldn’t eat any pups….tried calling location and no one would answer. Will definitely will relay the pictures to corporate. In a world of the coronavirus happening you want to serve moldy food and make people even more sick. Luckily we could eat the burgers and fries. Please educate your employees on food freshness.

I live in the north. Visiting Alabama this week 12/17 . I tried Krystal burgers for the first time. Hey they are pretty ? Much like white castle burgers in Michigan, but better. Give them a try if you get a chance. About the same price
You can't go wrong with Krystal. It's good all the time!
It has been awhile since I've been their I love the chili cheese pups
One of my burgers was still pink or I would give five stars. Always loved this location because they never messed my order up and you could tell it was freshly made. In all fairness they are usually always great.
