I have to say, recently I've noticed a declined in customer service at pretty much everywhere but this location has stuck by the basic principles of customer service that all restaurants should have. The elderly lady that waited on me was just awesome in every way. Thanks for not losing what matters most during a time when everyone else is conforming to the world.
Terrible, just terrible. I went there for dinner at 8:43 and they told me they only had some macaroni and a chicken pot pie left. They said they closed at 9. Why would they not have more food available? I think the owner needs to retrain the managers and employees. They still had almost 20 minutes until close. They could have cooked any item they had in that time frame. I will not be coming back because of the bad experience.
Staff was great and my food was ready in minutes! Keep up the great work here guys! :)
I didn't know KFC doesn't have bacon or cheese. Probably why I quit going years ago. Why I won't be going back again. Rude staff at the window. I can find a chicken sandwich elsewhere!
Staff was amazing! We arrived at 8pm and didn't realize the lobby closes at 8 and drive through was open till 9. Cashier greeted us with a smile and even offered to let us dine in (we chose not to as we are not that type of person... we know what it's like to want to leave work ASAP). Our Togo order was hot, fresh (even right at closing) and delicious!
It's clean drive thru was efficient And the staff was friendly
This location has improved a lot. Slow at times, but the food is fresh & hot when you get it.
We ordered the chicken sandwich meal deal fries and drink really tasted good.
$35 for 12 piece family strip meal. No biscuits, no coleslaw. The food is good but come on you gotta have biscuits with this meal.
