Good food and fast service
My husband and I waited in the Drive-Thru line for them to open at 11am as we were sick of gas station food on our road trip and it was SO worth it. The ribs were phenomenal and the Mac and cheese was heavenly. My son fell in love with the chicken tenders. They were so fresh and juicy. Highly recommend. The photos had to be taken fast before it was all consumed haha.
Ordered beef brisket ( chopped). Pitiful. No meat just a plate of fat and grease. Not to mention the meat was very under cooked! Disgusted! Very poor service
The flavor was just not there. The fish wasn't completely done. It was quite soggy and really greasy. The pork sandwich wasn't the best seasoning wise. The greens need a little seasoning. The baked beans and potato salad was alright. The cornbread was delicious as usual and the chicken salad was great.We started service with one waitress and mid meal ordering we confusingly received a different waitress. Which led to me never receiving a drink I ordered (Southern Peach). However, both ladies were pleasant.I've dined at the Tennessee location so expected the same type of seasoned food. Great place to stop on way home from PCB! The cheddar biscuits were stellar! Hubby and I got the smoked turkey sandwich and loved it! The white bbq sauce was perfect addition. The sides were excellent as well, collard greens, potato salad, bbq corn cob, fries and Mac and cheese were all selections in our party. The chicken tenders were nice and crispy and well seasoned. Tabitha was an excellent server, kind and attentive. Nice atmosphere and clean. Would definitely return! Sorry I didn’t get any food pics!
We stopped by coming back from the beach. Everyone loved their meals. The best part, however, was our waitress, Rae. She was in charge of a lot of tables but was super attentive to us, quickly refilled and brought condiments, and was just generally a super great waitress. She made the visit an A+.
Brisket sandwich was great, mac and cheese was good. Every restaurant that makes their own mac and cheese thinks theirs is the best which sadly is rarely the case. Jim n Nick's mac and cheese is really good. The little cheese muffins they serve a divine. Ask for the white BBQ sauce it is so much better than their regular BBQ sauce. Service was fantastic. Everything is hickory smoked, not mu favorite but still good.
Quick seating with accommodations for an infant. Quick service. Good atmosphere. Clean tables. Food was excellent with plenty to take home for seconds.
