Employees at the drive thru have disgusting attitudes. Wouldn't let me finish ordering, no cars were in line except me. And messed up my order after deatailing it back to me 3 times bc I wanted to make sure it was right due to food allergies. Terrible. Will never give my business to jacks again bc this is becoming a reoccurring problem. 20 bucks on 2 meals to be dissatisfied and left feeling upset. -0/10
I went to Jacks in Millbrook to get a fried green tomato blt after seeing it on tv. This is specifically what I wanted. I have been in the hospital and spent some time rehabilitating. So I go through drive through window and put in my order. I take it home and found what I got is not what I ordered. I found a double hamburger patty with cheese, onions, and ketchup and crushed up bacon bits. Not what was advertised. I don’t like hamburgers often and when I do get one I ask for no cheese. Was treated like I just arrived from another planet. I looked at my register tape and saw I had ordered a fried grn tom blt. The reason I’m so upset is because this is not the first time this has happened at this jacks. Is this a scam? I’m done. I went to this jacks because the one in Prattville doesn’t serve food as good.
Worst service ever. I was charged the wrong ticket. They fix it. Then I pay for my order and get the wrong food. I've lost my appetite so I go to get my money back and then stand waiting 25 minutes to get my money back.
It was good for a first visit. The food tasted good and fresh. Their choices are very good, with both chicken and beef. I recommend their menu and this location if you want a quick bite to eat.
Awful experience. Awful service. Had three people “working” if you can call it that. Service took forever. Dirty tables everywhere. No ice. No tea. The trash can was missing which you couldnt tell till after you three stuff in the hole. Which obviously had happened quite a bit as there was a pool of soda leaking out of the trash box doors. I didnt even try the bathrooms, I was scared to. If their dining room is that dirty….just saying…Don’t waste your time or money.
It's Bad When a Restaurant Rips You Off. This Morning I Ordered a 2 for 6 Big Breakfast Sandwich and a Large Milk. When I was handed the Milk I noticed that it seemed lite, well it was 3/4 Full I ask the Cashier to Please fill it up and she did. When I got home I opened the Breakfast Sandwichs and Neither One had cheese. RIP Off
I walk in this place right... got the fire place a crack'alen... everybody had a mask on but you could tell they were smiling. Cashier girl says to me after I give her my name " heath? Like the actor?" And I then proceeded to try and spit some game and say "no, like the candy bar" she laughed.. no number though. They are classy there. Food was great. 5 stars.
Great tasting biscuits. Hashrounds were on the greasy side.The service was great. Staff friendly and pleasant.
Unbelievably fantastic. Fries were hot and burger was awesome. Pretty ladies working there too. One of my favorites
OMG, wow extremely tasty. First time visiting a Jack's, definitely not the last. Biscuits were wow. We Jack's in Nebraska.
