I ordered online and went to the restaurant at 6:45 because that is when my order is supposed to be ready. I did not get my food until 7:10pm.The whole time I was waiting only one customer came in (which is understandable). The restaurant is not clean and was very hot as if the air conditioner was not working. Thankfully the food was good so they get two stars but I will not return to this IHOP.

I haven't been to an IHOP in years and it'll probably be years again. This location was horrible. First the host that seated us tried to place us at a dirty booth, with noticeable crumbs and syrup on the table and seats. Our server Ashley was the worst I've ever experienced. We had four people in our party. And she couldn't get the drinks orders right after taking 15min to even acknowledge us.When it came time to take our orders she didn't write anything down and I was wondering how was she going to remember all of these orders and substitutes if she couldn't remember 4 drinks orders 2 of which were the same. Needless to say she did not remember seemed as if she just went to the back and ordered us whatever she wanted us to have. After waiting and waiting on our replacement orders to come out, the bacon came out half cooked so we sent it back. The replacement bacon was burnt and I don't mean crisp I'm taking about charred.

Came in at 10:50 with my father, during a lull between breakfast and lunch. Recipe for a quick visit? Nope. I first realized something was wrong when a family of four who came in 20 minutes after me were not only served first, but had time to finish their meals and leave before I'd even managed to get my water refilled. (I never did.) To my continuing astonishment, two other families (6 plates between them) were likewise served before I was. Our waitress apologized and said there was only one cook, but that hardly explained the ten orders fulfilled before my simple order for pancakes, and my father's order for pancakes and bacon. An hour and a half into the wait, I was preparing to pay for my coffee and leave in hopes of finding service elsewhere (since I'd had to refill my water glass in the bathroom), but I was presented with maple syrup and promises of food and a discount shortly thereafter. When we were presented with the bill, no discount was present and I was not about to waste more of my time or energy pressing the point. Two hours for pancakes in a half-empty restaurant is beyond ridiculous.

Server was really nice and the food was great. The building was clean and we were seated immediately.

Food was good but the service was lacking. I was told there was only one cook, but food came out in a timely manner and was of quality. There were only three tables with customers. The waitress had friends visiting and an off duty coworker. Conversion appeared to be her priority. Coffee was brought once without the carafe. The cup had been dry a while before she checked and I could ask for more. No pre-bussing of the table. She had to find salt and pepper. I had to go find her for my ticket so I could check out. At that time we were down to two tables with customers. Do not recommend at this time.

The service may take a minute, but we’ll worth it! If you get Dustin, you are in luck! Great character and excellent server. Kept us laughing the whole time!

After three bad experiences in a row I can safely say we won't be going back to Prattville Ihop. The first time the waitress did not bring my husband's pancakes and never returned to the table. I told another server who told the manager. The manager came to our table but we never got his pancakes. The second time my granddaughter only got half her order until we were almost finished with our meal. This weekend when I walked in the door a waitress was having a really loud verbal confrontation with the new female manager. The behavior of the waitress and her remarks were completely rude and disrespectful, her behavior arrogant and belligerant. I did not appreciate having to listen to her tirade. Then the waitress sat in the dining room slumped over the adjoining table during our meal huffing and puffing and drawing attention to herself. The food was not what we were told but since our car was next door getting an oil change we didn't have the luxury of leaving. I will choose not to go there again.

No longer a place we will go. Food was good but took nearly 30 min to get to table. Was not greeted or spoken to on our way out. Waitress was 'fake' friendly. Bathroom was a mess. They no longer provide a Military or Veteran discount, as I found out at checkout. There are better breakfast diners!

The food was pretty ok, but the atmosphere was horrible ???. The manager and workers were arguing out front in eating area. They moved conversation to the back, but you could still here arguing about there duties. The server who was out front, took a ? smoke break and came back in smelling horrible. One of the workers there was saying he was going to get fired and was threatening to do something harmful to his manager, if she tried to fire him. I told them I worked for a government entity and this behavior was unacceptable ???. This store need to get things in order, because it's not good for customers to hear and see this kind of foolishness, while trying to find with their families.

Short wait on a Monday. The wait staff was very friendly. The food is typical Ihop. Its ok. The tables and booths were clean. I like this location. I will return during my next visit to the area. The kids had funny meals
