Short and sweet with the attitude of the manager at this place at this party I will not come back, store #1501470, someone in management should look into this matter. The restaurant beside this hardee's is busy and u would think the same with hardee's but is not staff is standing around with Anticipation of being busy but from my experience with the Attitude of mannerism that I got from the manager I can see why.
They DO NOT give you the correct burgers at this location. They are 0/3 this past month. Twice ive ordered a Big Cheeseburger and they've given me a cheap regular cheeseburger both times. The other time I ordered a Big Hardee and they left out an entire patty. These people DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE BURGERS OFF THEIR OWN MENU. If they cannot get simple burgers correctly it scares me to think what else they screw up there. Will not be wasting money there anymore.
The staff had a bit of an attitude at the drive thru never told me intitially that i needed to wait just sat there until i said hello twice!

15 minutes for hash browns and 2 steak biscuits. Ask for ketchup and salt and got neither. My cousin owns several Hardee's and he does not run his this way.
DON'T DO IT! Horrible customer service, long wait, and the food is just the worst quality. They either give you semi-frozen food or overcooked food. The General Manager is useless and unprofessional. I asked for a refund since I didn't get the other half of my order and after 20 mins of "No Refunds", they threw my money at me because we were recording this horror show. My change is still on the floor, maybe that can help enroll them in a Customer Service Course.
Worst experience ever.Horrible, rude and incompetent general manager… never going to this location again.We arrive, everything was normal. We put in our order and go to the window, that’s where it all starts.We wait for about no lie, seven minutes before a ms. Takeria comes out and tells us that the chicken breast are still frozen and cannot be made, she offered other meals but I already had a burger in the order and didn’t want a second burger, a salad a dessert, etc… I just wanted me money back for the order that cannot be made. Takeria then tells us to wait a second and she leaves the window.. another 5 minutes pass by and cars are behind us.We get asked to move forward to which we did and waited another almost 10 minutes.Fed up, we reversed into the order window to which the general manager, answered the window with the food ready.We politely explained to the general manager that we just wanted a refund. The first hamburger was already sitting for about 20m and we did not feel comfortable eating a chicken breast patty that was more than likely not properly thawed out.The manager quickly got defensive And an attitude, to which we thought was so unprofessional and couldn’t believe this lady was going off as she was. So I decided to record her because she was being in my opinion crazy. Yelling at the driver, waiving her hands all around and speaking over both us.. I had had it with this lady . I begin to record her for proof of how she’s acting and cursing us out she then slams the window…so we waited there and we weren’t moving until we got our money back . Finally, it literally took almost half hour to just get our money back. In my opinion it’s kind of stupid not to check if half of what you sell is ready to be sold… definitely just going to the cookout next door

Biggest chicken breast in the chicken sandwich war with good flavors. Fries were crispy outside but a little underdone inside.
