Is this how your employee’s treat your customers??!! I won’t ever eat here again! That’s disgusting and this person can be arrested for this. Not my picture but this happened this morning on Easter Sunday.
I got 4 regular burger and a order of chicken tenders and it was NOT fit to eat so I saved for my dog and my dog would not eat it. So that was a waste of 18.02.
unfortunately, and I don't think it's a local problem, their burgers are pretty tasteless. love their breakfast platters
Ordered a Frisco burger. Bread wasn’t toasted at all was just meat on white bread. If I want that I could make it at home. I paid $10 for a burger on white bread. When asked the drive through girl her response was we do toast it but obviously they don’t. Will not go back here again because this is the second time this has happened.
The person who took my order in the drive thru spoke clear an loud. The person at the window was polite, food was good an right
needs to reopen i beleive the service and food would be better not sure why hardees is the only franchise refusing to open the doors quit milking the pandemic already and open up
Employees working for scraps refused to serve me because I was on a motorcycle. Their store says drive thru only and refused to take my order at the order board and when I drove around the old dude refused to take my order at the Window because someone ordered before me (the person that pulled in behind me 5 minutes after waiting at window)
Tied with Calera 31 Hardees for GROSSEST BREAKFAST EVER. WAITED OVER 25 MINUTES FOR WRONG MADE FRISCO BREAKFAST COMBO ordered Bacon add tomato and mayo,GOT HAM WITH BACON ADDED TO IT was corrected after 10 MINUTES,ORDERED A LG. DIET DR.PEPPER AND LG REGULAR DR.PEPPER GOT 2 REREGULARS. SHERRY ORDERED 2 BISCUIT AND GRAVY BOTH OLD HARD ENEATABLE. WONT BE BACK AND WILL BE SURPRISED IF ANYBODY CONTACTS ME..P
Great food and fast service. Sometimes the help could use a little more customer relation training. Otherwise and over all there breakfast is the best but they have good quality choices all day. Stop by sometimes and enjoy.
