My family and I absolutely adore Fox’s Pizza Den! Unfortunately they are short staffed so service can be slow. Nonetheless the servers we’ve had were great even with their high work load. Their loaded cheese bread is the best! So is everything they have!! Best pizza we’ve ever had! We have never minded the wait bc food is great and servers are so nice! We normally go once a week! Y’all please remember to tip your servers ! Times are hard!
My pizza was good but my server Cloe, was awesome. Love her smile and her charm. Will definitely be back.
Ate a late lunch here recently. It’s a large space, dark and warm - lots wood with tall ceilings. Friendly service and good food. Got the buffalo fries which were awesome - tasted great and were a bit crispy. One person could easily them - so I’d recommend getting two orders. Had a Stromboli which was really good. Didn’t look like a traditional Stromboli but tasted really good - had baked cheese on top and a really nice flavorful crust.Overall had a nice experience and would definitely eat here again.
Food took a while to come out, and the sweet tea tasted like it had been sitting out all day. That being said, our server was amazing! She suggested that we tried the garlic knots, and they were awesome, especially with the little bit of extra butter at the bottom of the dish. The food was great!What stands out more is that the wait staff was more than willing to help us find transportation back to the Prattville airport, as we were unable to use the airport courtesy car, and we were unable to find a taxi back, and the Ubers coming out of Montgomery were cancelling on us.
I got 2 Large pizzas and 2 Large chef salads. They gave me 3 small containers of ranch for 2 Large salads. Pizza was ok but for the prices it should have been better and they should give more salad dressings. The lady who took my money and gave us the food wasn't very friendly. I will not go back. Not pleased at all.
This has been one of our go to places in Prattville for pizza every time we’re in town. We just went to have dinner and it took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge us and then we were told they were short staffed. Who’s not nowadays! The dark headed girl told us she couldn’t seat us for 20 minutes. She said we could stand there and wait. My elderly mom asked if we could sit at a table (only 4 tables being used in the whole place) and wait and she said no. Y’all need to DO BETTER!
After many hype we decided to try foxes as living in town so long we had not been yet. We were very excited walking in as we had heard so many good things about it. Right through the door I guess you could say that the atmosphere was off putting. They were not very busy at the time and the host did not seem very excited to see us. We sat down at the table and the saving grace was how amazing the server was. She took the time to explain the menu and make sure we ordered what we wanted. The food was medicore at best however and one of the plates of the food was not cooked fully, I am usually not a fan of doughy food. Our sever was quick to fix the food and I apperciate that. I think overall the main reason we would not return is what happened in the middle of us eating, one of the men at the front rudely told someone coming in from the bar that if you dont eat there you cant use the bathroom. This was extremely odd to me as the bar is connected to the restaurant and if I am correct they own the bar? It just seemed really weird that you would not let someone use the restroom, they gentleman didnt just walk in from the outside either. There was also no reason to be rude in front of your customers. It was an 'alright' time, I was disappointed based on the price we paid and the hype we have heard all the years. I would hope that the food would be cooked fully next time and some of the staff could be more welcoming. Our server does deserve a raise though! That would be the only strong point honestly for us to return.

Nice Pizza place in the Heart Of Pratville Alabama. Service was Excellent. The waitress (nice lady cant remember shes name. July i think) was very profesional. We was a party of 11 and we was having pleny drinks and ranch dressing. All 100 % good.
Good food, great atmosphere. Was a little crowded, but I understand why. Could hear the live band from the adjoining bar. Made for a good night out with friends and family.
