Food was delicious. Staff not as enthusiastic about their job. Could be a little more Friendly when greetting customers.
For online orders you have to go up to the pickup area and let them know you're there, then they make the fries so it'll then be more time (no judgement from me). Burgers can be heavy which some folks like. Pricey.
Way over priced for what you get. Two burgers and one medium fry cost $30. The burger had no flavor and it was thrown together. I guess they even took away the peanuts or maybe they were out. I'm very disappointed in five guys

Their food is usually good. Tonight, though, my strawberry shake did not taste much like strawberry, more like a Mix of strawberry and vanilla.

I love 5 guys. Will always go there if I see one. Only issue was the Coke machines were messed up. No ice in one and in both out of most favors.
I was shocked when the cashier told me my total was $37 for two burgers, one fry and two cokes. I mean Five Guys are top quality but they are no longer affordable.
