Rough... Filthy. Can't keep up with orders. Trash overflowing in both cans. Teas empty and lids no on anyway. No ice in coke machine. No napkins. Sandwich makers confused as to what to do. Chips not stocked. Dust mites hanging from ceiling over food prep area. Been here for 20 min now and still haven't received our 4 sandwich order. Do not recommend.
I’ve worked at Firehouse subs for 2 years and I’ve never had an experience like this with a customer or a coworker. I ordered a sub and it was made incorrectly. Mistakes happen, I wasn’t mad, I just went back in to get my sub remade. i watched the lady at the register write it down correctly on receipt paper and read it back to me to confirm it’s correct. After it gets made, the lady working on the line opens the box and asks if it was correct. It looked the exact same as the first sub I was served. I calmly let her know what was still missing on the sub. She takes it back and goes “Well that’s not on the paper but I’ll put it on there anyways”. Excuse me??? How are you going to tell me what’s not on the paper when I watched my order get written down AND repeated back to me?? I do NOT recommend coming to this location for a Firehouse Subs experience. ?
Even though they were busy they greeted me took my order and apologized for the wait and offered me a drink while I waited. Go see Josh and be nice to your fast food workers please!
The check out girl is short tempered, rude and wiping her snotty nose while taking orders. She also does not know the menu and charged for a small sandwich and side salad separately even though I asked for the small sandwich pair that us clearly on the menu behind her. Also, the restaurant is not clean...and they got the order wrong!!

Ordered double meat and didn’t get it, ordered bacon and didn’t get it, added Peppercorn ranch dressing and didn’t get it. Asked for ditil sauce and didn’t get it, Asked for no deli mustard, got it.
None of the employees wear masks and it’s kind of nasty, and one of the ladies there was literally just coughing into her hands as she handled things without gloves or anything. I ended up throwing my sandwich away because I was just grossed out
Amazing customer service, awesome food! I'd give more stars if I could. The staff was more than accommodating, super friendly and treated my family as if we've been friends for years. You won't be disappointed if you decide to eat here
