The food was okay..not the best Mexican food we've had but it's okay. ? My husband loved his chimichanga !! The service was really GREAT !!?Our waiter was so nice and accommodating, it made our visit awesome, honestly.
Pros: Great drinks, attentive serverCons: I ordered Chicken Quesedillas. They were dry. Unexplainably, one had cheese and the other did not. The one with cheese was better. Needed Quesa.Loved my dessert.
Went to celebrate my husband's birthday and they had us at three different tables and the booth and I just didn't appreciate that
Extremely slow service. They seemed confused which person was supposed to wait on our table. Finally asked cashier to get our server, but she said she'd take our order. Didn't write anything down. Waiter came back about 5 minutes later and asked us to repeat our order. It was only 4 items with no substitutions.We paid for our sweet teas and left. Hopefully, next time will be better, because everything smelled great. We ended up at another Mexican food restaurant down the street.
The food, service and atmosphere here was really good. The prices were higher than most other Mexican restaurants in the area, but the quality of the meals were on point.I will say that never before have I had ice in a beer. Kind of strange, but the server may have been new.Lastly, chips and salsa were excellent!
I went here lol and got drunk at noon lol … omg their liquor are soooo good … but I’m back to the customer service it was great he was sweet and got everything we needed .. I ordered their meaty nacho and omg it was so good but I couldn’t finish it lol their pasta was great also I took me a chicken Alfredo home it was so good omg ? I will return when ever we revisit family …
Amazing food!! We have tried three other Mexican restaurants in the area and they don't even come close. Their chips and salsa were absolutely wonderful. I got enchiladas and my husband got fajitas. The fajitas are a little pricier but very heavy on the protein which is nice. My margarita didn't have hardly any alcohol in it, but I feel like at this point it's a regional thing.
We’ve been eating here since 2015. Customer service & food are great. Try the El Patron shrimp nachos ?( not pictured toppings: pico, fresh jalapeños, sour cream, & pickled jalapeños).
Service was excellent waitress was very polite and helpful. She set the perfect example of what customer service is suppose to be like. I recommend El Patron Grill to all my friends and family. For any out of towers passing thru or staying over night this is the place to go if you are looking for a great place to eat. Fantastic!!
