Prompt service and I love that the girl at the drive-thru window taught me that I can pay with credit card through the app, which got me points! One bad thing... the "Snackin' Bacon" was completely dripping with grease and they were all really fatty pieces.
Doughnuts were great. But the sandwiches were really bad. They compensated me with a half dozen doughnuts instead tho. And great customer service too.
I've been here approximately 8-10 times. Usually get coffee or some sort of breakfast sandwich and some old fashioned donuts. Coffee is always hot and good. Sandwiches are usually good, maybe once or twice some of it isn't hot. Service has never been anything to complain about.
Finally a fast food place that grasp the concept that most people are running by for their quick sugar high otw to work.Weight time is minimal, staff friendly, & OMWord can we talk about the snackin bacon! Delicious, just maybe fill the bag up, please, idk who came up with this bits of Heaven, but they deserve a raise. It’s that good.Keep up the great work guys! See you soon!
I expect consistent coffee (hot) with cream and sugar and this DK does not provide it. Different every time (cold, too strong/weak, too little/much cream/sugar)
I love dunkin donuts and have never had a bad experience or experienced rude workers, but this morning, Naomi, was extremely rude. I hope no one has to deal with her attitude and back talk. It was a great way to start off my Friday morning *major sarcasm*
My first time eating at Dunkin Donuts and just wasted $10.69 on the worst breakfast ever! Only thing good was the orange juice. I will stick to crispy crème or Starbucks from here on out!
Did my first Order Ahead order. I got my food very quickly. Down side is that they didn't have the donuts available that I wanted. So I had to substitute for some donuts I really didn't want.
I've been to this location about 4 times and usually my order is wrong. They forgot some items I paid for after getting to my destination they weren't in my bag but were on the receipt. Usually I ask for a shot or two extra on flavoring for the ice coffees whi h they never ring up correctly on the drink sticker it has incorrect information and isn't what was ordered at the menu speaker. The food is good but usually my coffee isn't how I like it. I understand things happen and mistakes are made but 4 times. Overall the visits are good it's nice get what you are paying for. The staff are usually pretty nice but always in a rush.
SLOW!!!! the wait every single morning is ridiculous! i dont understand why...if you need more staff get that...but by the time you get to the window folks are on the phone or just hanging around! People have to go to work and would like a nice breakfast or coffee to ASSIST them with their day not make it worse! The food is fine but the service is trash!
