Service here is always good, but ALL Dairy Queen stores are suffering from extra high prices for mediocre food.
My experience here was the first in a long time, and honestly I'm still disappointed. Let's start in the beginning;I heard from a friend that this location got a menu revamp, as well as new, seasoned meat for each burger. Excited to give it another go, I visited this location and ordered the deluxe two cheese double.Upon entering the establishment, the dine-in floors were very dirty, most tables were also not wiped down. The young lady working front register was very dissenterested, borderline rude and uncaring, to the point where she got our order incorrect, but assured us it wasn't; it was.However, the problem was quickly fixed and the food was served hot, the fries and cheese curds were crispy. Though it's a solid step in the right direction, they've got a ways to go before they reach the height they once were.
Me and my husband drove through drive thru window while headed home from Birmingham got off of interstate to get ice cream noone was at the drive thru window store wasn't suppose to close for twenty minutes. We saw noone. Very disappointed.
Everything was fresh and hot straight of the grill delicious, waited for a few minutes it was worth it.
Waste of money! Cook Out is a few doors down . it's affordable , good and worth it
Kudos to the staff! Clean store, happy employees and the PERFECT sundae! Nice to see other customers happy also. Added bonus: our food was brought to our table!!!
Ice cream is good but the food is subpar at best.
Very polite service at the drive thru window. Needs a little more lighting to show they are open for business though. Overall, Dairy Queen has a wonderful variety of meal and dessert choices, reasonably priced, and great customer service with barely any wait time.
Though it was obvious the majority of staff were on break when we pulled in to the parking area, they immediately returned indoors and took polite care of our needs/ordering. The order was up quickly and was correct. Tasty icecream treats for us brownie sunday a.c 2nd strawberry milkshake, both good. It , the store was a little hard to see at night as lighting isn't too bright. It is located just to left of gas station. Outside seems outdated or worn. The building in general , at least at night. But inside was neat as a pin .
Joanna didn't listen very well when I was ordering my grandson's food. Ordered a plain hot dog and one cheese dog. Got a chili cheese and one cheese dog. I had to pay $2.84 for a plain hot dog because of their mistake. Does that seem right to you all? I will say she was polite so I was as well.
