While on a date night with another couple we decided to stop for ice cream. When we walked we waited at the register for 5ish minutes waiting to be serviced which is fine since you could see how busy the workers were. Waiting is understandable. What is not understandable is how the group of customers including the group I was in were spoken to by an employee. When we were ordering (while standing inside the restaurant mind you) the employee taking orders tells the group of customers at this time we are only to-go. When asked to explain he informed us (you’ll get your stuff and get out. We’re to understaffed.” I understand being understaffed and being frustrated but I do not understand being spoken to this way. Had my husband not already order we would have left without ordering. I understand being short staffed but being spoken to in that manner is unacceptable.
Yellow urine all over the mens restroom floor. Atleast a 5ft by 4ft area. Informed the guy that took our order. My wife and I were the only ones in the restaurant throughout our entire meal. Very few cars went through drive thru 4pm 2-23-22 45min stay not one employee went near the restroom. DQ where is your manager at this location. ?
Food was bad, no taste. The blizzard was good but they didn't have blueberry blizzard. And for $15 I will not go back.
Their burgers usually are good, but i guess whoever cooked them today burnt them a little ?. So now i wish i woulda got my wife something from McDonalds cause DQ's burgers were not up to par for her today

The service at the drive thru was quick and the food was great.
I really don't know how to rate this place because we showed up at 945 on Saturday night and even though the hours say close at 10 all lights are on but nobody would answer the speaker and the doors were locked. When pulled around someone was inside cleaning everything but definitely couldn't get anything.
I've been gone from this location for about four hrs now but I had to ensure to comment on the awesome service I received! The worker was soooo respectful and friendly, not something you see much in fast food. Everyone at this location keep up the awesome work!
May be one of the worst fast food experiences of my 42 years!! Took the guy at register 10 mins to take 4 simple orders. After waiting forever for the food, one of the orders was completely wrong and 0 of the 4 dipping sauces ever made it to our table. Our kids were finished eating by the time we finally got our meal. No napkins, no paper towels in the restroom, one of the two toilets in the ladies room was just filled with used paper towels. After complaining to the manager, I was told that two people called in and that’s about it. Please, people, do yourself a favor a skip this place. A total joke!!!
Paid $17 for two chicken finger baskets. They told us to pull around while they cooked chicken. We waited 25 minutes. We didn’t bother checking the food when they brought it out (our fault) because we were in such a rush to leave. Got back to work and saw they only gave us 4 chicken fingers! ? No fries, no toast, no sauce. Just 4 chicken fingers in each box. I’m so disappointed and feel really cheated over chicken fingers. Ugh dang it DQ for ruining my day!!!!
