Every time we drive to try to eat as a family for a reasonable price, the manger says it’s closing not making anymore.. the door and then site says 10:00pm but we never get there til 9 and she tell us not making no more… I just don’t understand. I work 12 hrs a day and would not turn down money but every time we take a trip to bass pro shop that is one place my kids want is cici and we can never get it!
I loved how they were ready to serve us at the buffet line. There is nothing else I wouldn't criticize for any reason. I believe that this location earned their stripes for working so well to keep customers satisfied.

Buffet never has pizza. Every time I go it is empty. I only go because my daughter loves it.
Me and my husband went there.we did not get any hot pizza.they refused to cook any pizza for us.we had to eat whatever pizza they had.it was not fresh at all. So if you go to this pizz place go when it first opens up. I even ask for some fresh pizza we never got it.they maybe did one.i want a refund!!!!!!
Decent location, very inexpensive. (3) stars because there are not many options and there’s a little longer than expected wait on pizza & desserts … which sucks when you have hungry kids from every direction. But clean tables, clean seats, friendly customer service and the guy walking around bussing tables was the best .

Went around 245 pm today the store was busy but not packed etc. they couldn’t keep pizza on the bar tk save their life I had 3 kids and there where many other kids eating at Cicis as well they would make one pepperoni pizza every 20 mins I swear only 2 came up the entire time they only had the spinach pizza up jusy about the entire time that wasn’t being eaten no other pizzas my kids finished eating before I could even eat ended up having to eat someone’s special request supreme jalapeño pizza to even eat even the pasta was gone as well as cheesy bread only thing they kept up was dessert and I’d imagine it was because people couldn’t even get to dessert due to no pizza. Another thing they had NUMEROUS employees 3 even sat down to eat they had plenty of staff back there it was just no pizzas coming out it was way to slow I was so aggravated by the time I left I’ll never go back we only went for the kids at that and they could barely get pizza
The food is great. I’m a diabetic so I usually find something I can have ? I love the thin crust I always get extra toppings to fill it up.Enjoy
As a Type one diabetic, I hate to give up my pizza. That said, the crust here is thin and crispy, more about the toppings. Here, I can indulger, in moderation, to s enjoy pizza!!!!
