This place has a lot going on! One day they're open and the next day not at all. The chicken is horrible old and nine times out of ten not even handled properly. The entire staff seems to have things going on in their personal life that they bring it to work and have awful attitudes with the customer. Nevermind that I was short on the eight piece special I ordered. If I could rate this place a zero they would definitely have earned it.... Don't waste your money on this offer chicken and service.
Excellent customer service! Food was hot & fresh. It taste the way I remember Church's Chicken use to taste.
If I could give it a zero I would. Had the lobby closed for no reason other than pure stupidity. While walking out maskless to people's cars with not even a little PPE on the manager needs to educated. Sorry If it gave the option for negatively reviews this church's chicken would have 0 still. Let's be honest anything under 0 is still ignored.
I never will return to this location. Decided to give this location one more try.That decision was not a wise choice.The shift manage had a nasty attitude. I asked if I could look at my order before I left the DT ( last time I took my order home the chicken looked old and they did not get my order right ) and she stated that I could look at one piece but she couldn't open the box for me to look in unless I paid for the whole order first.I explained that I wanted to check out my order before I took it home because of the issues I had several times beforebut she stated that was before. She then decided to pick up one piece out the box and sure enough the chicken looked old . It always seem to be the person in charge that have the smart remarks and bad attitude at this location. I don't recommend that anyone waste their time or money at the restaurant.
Always out of something, okra was old. The guy in the drive thru didn’t say a word, very unprofessional atmosphere.
There was numerous sides they did not have in addition spicy variety of chicken at 7:30 on a Friday night
It was 600 pm when we got there.We were in drive-thru one car ahead of us no guest on the inside .Ordered 10 mixed asked for mashed potatoes didn't have any,asked for Mack and Cheese didn't have any. They said all they had were green beans and okra . The Chicken was fair give me to little sides of beans didn't even have anything but juice.The best thing was the okra.I was very disappointed Im having a hard time as it is my wife won't hardly get anything out to eat as it is and the the food is not good. Want be going back.This used to be my favorite place to order.
I have been to this Church's Chicken 4 times in the last month and a half and came away each time without placing a order. This might be due to the pandemic (closed one time, out of chicken twice, and system down once) and if so I understand. It seems like a business would not open if they are having that many problems. I have always enjoyed eating Church's Chicken, but it is very disappointing to continuously not be able to place an order. I hope things improve soon.Lisa Coffey
Ordered 12 pieces white regular was delivered 12 white spicy was too hot couldn't eat it.This is why it's not worth the trip to Prattville to get churches chicken Always screwed up.May be years before I buy churches again and I will warn everyone that they screw up the orders.Ridiculous.
Had to give my order at drive thru at least 8 times....got to window got my food I checked it was missing a whole order plus 2 sides so I had to pay for that cause they didn't ring it up after telling order to them so many times
