Sucks!! Everytime we come in they are low on food and very unorganized. Three employees were standing around talking. No one was bringing out more food. I asked for limes and they told no. I asked for them to check and the girl at the registered sighed and brought back 2. Portion servings were 1/3 scoop. Literally got 7 beans on my bowl. Came in around 7:30pm so there was plenty of time to bring more food out. Another guy came in for his mobile order which he placed an hour ago and he had to wait 20 min to get his. Service was extremely poor. We haven't been in a while because of this last time. They literally served themselves before us and so oh we forgot you were standing there. We tried again and do not care to be back.
Worst experience ever! Tried to order 4 small tortillas with cheese for our 1&3 year old as they can’t have the sides. Have ordered many times at this location as a side tortilla with cheese for 50cents each and they tried to charge me $18 and wouldn’t negotiate! So now my kids can’t have what they wanted and we will never be back as they are rude as can be! Bad enough last time our rice wasn’t even cooked… it was like eating crunchy maggots! Worst service ever!!!!!
I had a chicken burrito. Everything was pretty good. Ive been here a number of times and have never been disappointed. Im a creature of habit and usually get the same burrito. The majority of the time everything is good. Every now and then the chicken is a little dry. Other reviews say negative things about the employees but i've always had good experiences.
I go here about weekly and the last couple trips have gone down hill. Food is mediocre (old rice and meat cold), and the value in which the workers prepare the food for us has degraded as well. Most of all, the lack of customer service. I understand it’s younger people working, but they are not pleasant, act as if I’m bothering them by asking for additional items, and simply do not smile. So much that my 6 year old noticed. I’ll be giving Chipotle in Prattville a break for a while.
Very very busy. Workers were kind but could not keep up with demand. Food was good.
Chipotle's always delicious. -1 star cause they forgot my guac in my side order. They also don't use their carry out shelves, they just keep the orders in the back, so I wasted 10 minutes waiting for my order rather than asking for it. They need a sign on the carry out shelves saying they don't use them, or just get rid of the shelves.
Great late visit. 2 guys walked in before me right before 10PM closing. We were all served fast and the staff were friendly. The food was good and it was one of the few places open.
Don't go here if you're expecting standard customer service. During regular hours, no heavy customer traffic, the staff managed to run out of chicken, steak, and change return for a bill as small as a $5 bill. Half the staff wore masks and of those half, all but two wrote them incorrectly. One wore it completely under his chin.I watched as an employee handled the trash, then some food items, and finally the register... NEVER washing his hands or using a sanitizer (although it was really available).A customer asked a staff member if he was going to let the rest of the people in the line know about the shortage of food. While he said yes, he never said anything, so she did it for him smh. Then while we (customers) waited over 15 minutes to get our chicken, the woman who was kind enough to pass on the info to all of us waiting was first to be taken care of - they messed up her order TWICE!! Lack of supervision and ownership to provide excellent customer service, and no accountability. Not to mention the mediocre sanitary practice over the food. Not coming back to this place anytime soon, if ever!
They are soo GHETTO at this store. No one is wearing they’re mask properly and all of they Guys pants are below the waste. Not to mention they didn’t want to give me a proper serving of Guacamole for my Veggie bowl.. I won’t be visiting again
I go here every week day after I leave the gym. A lot of days it is great. Then about once a week the rice will be hard and crunchy. Last night they were out of steak. Tonight they were out of steak,chips, red salsa and white rice. The rice was hard for the second day in a row. Very disappointed.
