The food was good BUT service was terrible. Chik-fil-a has a high standard and this place does NOT meet that. We were told that we couldn’t order a cup of ice because the machine wasn’t working good and they would need the ice for later. We were paying customers at the time, basically told the customers later mattered more. We said we would just order a pop and then just don’t put the pop in it and they couldn’t understand that. But they would give someone else ice that ordered a pop. Sounded like a money making project to me.
They were very busy but what do you expect, it is Chick-fil-A. We were waited on quickly with friendly service. We dined in but I noticed it was taking way too long to get our food. I went to the order counter and asked about our food and they said the take out was at the end of the counter. I told them that we were dine in and I showed them my receipt. They said they were very sorry and they would remake our food and that it should not have happened. I told them we all are human and make mistakes. They fixed our food very quickly and it was hot and very good. Thank you Chick-fil-A.Jimmy Bardlng
My husband, daughter, and myself, we love Chic-fil-A in Prattville! Super friendly staff and very timely service, Not to mention. Great Food!! Wish every other fast food establishment had the same qualities!
Food was nice and hot and ready when I came to pick it up. It was a pick up online order. Customer service is at a B- rating due to the severe congestion with traffic at the restaurant parking lot and also because of cleanliness of the store overall (sweeping, trash being taken out, bathrooms, etc) but other than that everything was good ??.
Chick-Fil-A always has a great level of standards. No matter where you go the food is always great and the service is even better. This location is no different. The staff was professional, cheerful, prompt, and made sure the order was correct. I particularly like the curbside ordering. The parking lot can be frustrating because people can't drive.
Food was great! Service was quick and courteous. Great attitudes! Whenever I'm in a hurry. I know the Chick Fil A line will move quicker than anyone else in town even with a long line!
Walk in service was faster than the drive thru. This is an awesome place to grab a quick meal. I will recommend to others. Food is delightful and delicious.
Check your bags before you pull off! Third time in a row I haven’t gotten sauces, or a straw. Last time I paid for a large sweet tea and got water - that I didn’t have a straw for. ?Came in to get my sauces and got one of each, no thank you for understanding or apology for leaving it out. Usually staff is really nice but must have hired a bunch a newbies who don’t know the ins and outs yet.
I love this particular Chick-fil-A the service is always fast, the people are always nice and friendly, the food is fresh, hot and ready when you arrive at the window! The best place e to go to get the proper service! Excellent service!!!
The only problem with the Prattville, AL Chick-fil-A is the drive-thru. While the staff does as well as they can, the line is wrapped around the bldg...twice...at all times everyday. You will wait a bit. THEY NEED 2 MORE CHICK-FIL-A LOCATIONS IN PRATTVILLE!!!
