My kids and I went up there to try their new burger the crunchy stuff that went on it was old. I got fries instead of onion rings, our fries were very old and cold. We got the wrong size drinks after I asked for 2 large drink and I asked for no ice and of course there ice. My kids nuggets were burnt and all and all the whole experience was horrible.
I went to the BK at 650 Malwest Dr. Prattville, All 36066 today... and was not treated as a customer should before I could even place my order. But I had a coupon and was told I couldn't change the sodas to the icee when I've been going to BK for YEARS and never had that problem. I was told by the guy that this has always been the policy, but that's a lie, I've ordered this numerous of times and then a young lady (Red Headed) interrupted him to reiterate what the guy was telling me. I guess she was in parking lot patrol because she was taking me this from outside while texting/ scrolling on her phone. And she was very RUDE... Is this standard procedure now? Because as I've said before, I've NEVER had this issue. NEVER.... and I frequent BK OFTEN.
The bathroom snd restaurant was very clean. The staff was eager to please. One even came to the dining area to make sure everything was alright.
Clean. Dining room open, even for breakfast. Large play area for the kids. Food was pretty decent, too.
Only Burger King in the area I've found that does the Spicy Ch'king well consistently.
Me , my child and husband went to this burger king after church today. We were excited to go play because recently the older sweet lady told me that they open the kids playground until 2:00. They opened the doors at 12:08. We were fine with it not being open. But the red headed girl was completely RUDE !!!!! When we went in first thing she said was the playground wasn't open . My husband heard her say it but I didn't. So asked the older lady is the playground open and the red head girl said Loud and in a rude way "no the play ground isn't open , y'all should be glad the lobby is open" I have Never met someone so rude in my life. "She should be glad she still has her job"
Clean and definitely the best option for fast food
Drive thru service is horrible the lady was very rude I drove off because I'm not going to tolerate people treating me any kind of way they want your business not the other way around.
Worse burgers than McDonalds, my family loves it though, so I can't give 1 star
In Prattville to escape Hurricane Ida and the food options are ABYSMAL. Decided we would settle on Burger King at 650 Malwest Dr, in Prattville Alabama. They close tat 11pm according to all of their online listings, at 9pm on the dot we pulled up to the drive thru and was told "WE CLOSED AT 9" - There was no "sorry we closed" just a smug woman on the speaker telling us they were closed now at that very moment, when I told her they said 11pm online, she told me they posted their new hours on the door. BECAUSE YOU KNOW, WHEN YOU ARE COMING TO A DRIVE-THRU AT 9PM AT NIGHT YOU USUALLY CHECK THE HOURS ON THE DOOR FIRST RIGHT? Another strike against Prattville.
