This is the worst Burger King in the world. We pulled up to the drive through and they asked us to wait. We waited 15 MINUTES and asked them twice if they were still there, no response!We then drove around to go inside to order, they literally locked the door on us and would not let us in. Latiqua is apparently the supervisor and needs to be fired.Will be calling BK headquarters to report the incident.
Never really happy when I leave this establishment. The inside has its moments where it is locked and others when it's not. But ppl will be inside ordering and them not let other ppl in and lock in the current customers. Kinda weird. But ok. And then when you have to sit with only 4 cars in the drive threw and you spend 20 mins waiting and waiting just to order. Makes me hate coming here. Then 9xs out of 10 they food isn't right or it's hella cold.
Do not come here, I wait for my food like normally only to be handed the wrong order and was told to drive around, and she would bring it out to me. After waiting an additional 20 minutes I was brought no order of what I originally ordered. Also there are barely an cars or people waiting for food, so either they forgot about my order or decided they didn’t want to make what I had originally ordered.
Stopped to get breakfast and had to repeat the order at drive thru 5 times and they still didn't get it correct. Waited 5 minutes at the window and nothing they gave us was hot, everything was warm. Can't even provide feedback on the Burger King website because their site doesn't work. What a waste of time and money.
Only 2 people working, 1 in the kitchen and 1 up front, meanwhile the manager is walking around talking on her cell phone. Service was horrible. The 2 crew were doing their best which is why I gave 1 star. The manager should be helping them instead of on her phone.The lobby was filthy, no clean tables, food on the floor that was dried up and very obvious ut had been there for days. I will not be back
If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would! Never have I ever waited 40 minutes in a drive through for food only to be extremely disappointed. Waiting in line for that long you would think the food would be hot and fresh. Instead it was cold and looked reheated. The girl at the window is rude and needs to learn some customer service skills. Ignoring customers and openly laughing at someone trying to get your attention is unacceptable and unprofessional. I’ve only been to this place twice. The first time I drove off after waiting 10min at the order screen and no one answered and now this time. Save your money, this place is not worth it!!
I went through the drive thru Saturday night around 8:30 pm on March 26, 2022. A very pleasant lady named "Jane" waited on me. I noticed she was the only person working both the counter and drive thru. She apologized for the long wait because they were short of help. Burger King needs to give this nice lady a raise. A big raise for all the work she is doing. Jane is a great asset for your company. She's doing a wonderful job.
There’s slow, then there’s uncalled for slow.It should not take over 20 minutes to get your food.Please hire some people.
Not family friendly... We took my son here too eat and the whole time we were sitting down eating the staff were being very loud and using inappropriate language with a child present,so I'm not recommending taking your children in to eat here but the food was great.
Terrible. I counted 9 people 1 manager..They just played cursed and left.me standin at the counter for 7mins. HORRIBLE service
