We arrived with my friends, no one greeted us at the door, we spent 20 minutes waiting to be served and since no one attended us we asked a waitress. The waitress kindly told us THAT'S WHY THEY HAVEN'T ATTENDED THEM, BECAUSE NOBODY RECEIVED THEM. We thought he would send someone but after another 20 minutes without being served we left.
Takes too long to get your food, last two times me and my wife went they always bring one of our meals out late after everyone with us gets theirs and is already done eating, I will not be going back to this one ever again…
waitress got our drink order, then we sat for 30 minutes with no sight of her. oy 6-7 tables had people pot them with about 7 workers (that I saw). we wouldn't leave until we paid because that would have been stealing drinks. she finally showed up and said we weren't normally in her section and she forgot. we left,won't be back. worst service at any BWW I've ever had.
We dined in on a weekday. They sat us immediately and you could tell there was one waiter for our corner and he was constantly going! He was very welcoming, very funny and sweet. He was great with the kids, I can’t rave enough about Steven. Food portions and taste were great! Hubby loved the beer. It was a long time since we’ve been to you BWW and he definitely reminded us of what we’ve been missing. We’ll be back soon, thanks Steven!
Worst experience ever!!! This is the second time the food and service was awful. Sat down at 8pm with my family to wait 30 minutes for our waiter makayla to get up from the table in front of us and take our order. Her attitude was horrible and the food was so cold we had to send it back twice after sitting for another hour after our order was taken with barely any customers in the restaurant. Please don’t waste your time and money !!
My family visited this location while heading home. It took a while to get food even though restaurant had a few customers. Both burgers were burnt and crunchy. Although we frequent several of these establishments in different locations, this was by far the worst! We were informed manager states this was normal for burgers. Maybe it’s normal for this location and not others!! Waste of money!!!

Heather’s an absolutely wonderful bartender, remembers our order, treats us like family, and seems to love her job, what more can you really ask for in a bartender?P.s. overheard jasmine yelling on the phone from the bar, the bartenders great, but there’s no excuse for me to hear you screaming about your personal life, from the bar.
They were out of sugar so they could NOT make sweet tea. They did not have soda, as their drink machine was not workingOur appetizer came out WITH our meal.
We were rudely told there would be a wait and gave the lady our number to know when they're ready. We waited and never received a text so we walked back in and told another lady who was now working the front that we had been waiting. The first girl comes out and starts whispering something to the other worker. Food wasn't near as good as Alabaster. Only good thing was our waitress Joy was amazing.
