The service is good! No kwams about that. The ice cream though is underwhelming. I think that Bruster's is in a comfortable spot, but their product is not consistently good though you pay specialty prices. I have visited this same establishment enough to know. From this point, we are starting to back off. On the flip side we have found top-tier ice cream at great prices.
I came here yesterday & I got a regular cake batter on a waffle cone with sprinkles it was $6.99. Today I came ordered the same exact thing & it came to $8.30. I asked the boy working why it was so much more than yesterday & he said that the price had gone up. So in one day it went up $1.31!?!? Also he put only a couple of sprinkles so I asked him to put more on since you pay for them he took my cone back & only put a few more on. I won't be back & I'd like to know if he lied about the price going up!!!
Rarely go here, but icecream was delicious and Thursday is bring your own banana for 50% off a split. And they offer a military discount, thank you.
This is the best ice cream I have ever had. My favorite is the New York cheese flavor.
Fantastic, Jackson was an amazing employee who helped me when I needed it. I asked for chocolate and he gave me CHOCOLATE. It’s rare you get things you ask for these days and I just loved how friendly he was. If you seem him in the drive thru please feel free to strike a conversation because he is amazing!!!

I had two kids in the back of the car taking forever to figure out what they want which as you can imagine was frustrating. They were patient luckily lol. Great service.
