This is the second time we’ve eaten there in the last two weeks. The service was awful. We place an order for drinks cocktails appetizers and a meal and sadly we received our drinks and our meal before we received our appetizers or our cocktails or our salads. When I did receive my steak dinner part of it was cold. This is the second time in less than two weeks that this is happened. You would think that the management would teach the servers how to serve the meals. For example if you order your drinks an appetizer cocktails and your meal you should receive your drinks your cocktails and your appetizer first then secondly you should receive your salads and then your meal. I won’t be going back there for a long time.
Everything was great except the fact my daughter told the server it was my birthday and I guess they don't do anything for birthdays too bad because I was going to order another drink with my dessert.
Food was okay had to send a plate back because it was cold. We had to hunt our waitress down to be able to even pay for our food. The entire process took 2 hours and 15 minutes it only took us 25 minutes to eat. Worst experience ever.
Lacking today. Sever messed up our order. The plates came out looking terrible food tasted good that was a plus. And the drinks were good.
Service was terrible. The server had an attitude and refused to enter the gift card number when the magnetic strip reader couldn’t read it. How hard is that to do? I’ve worked in the service industry and hate to see bad customer service. Bypass this place and you’ll be a lot happier.
My boyfriend and I got take out from Applebees last night to avoid possible Valentine’s Day crowds. Literally, so disappointed with the quality of food. We bought a variety of different menu options from Smoked Salmon to Chicken quesadillas, and tried two separate appetizers. Out of three meals, 2 appetizers, and three desserts, the pretzel stick appetizer and pecan blondie brownies were the only edible items we received. Spent almost $90 including tip and it makes me sick to my stomach ?I will say the guy who brought my order out was very friendly and polite. Otherwise, I’ve got nothing good to say. I’m seeking a refund ? SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
Food had absolutely no taste. I understand service was hindered by staff however I asked for a refill to 3 different wait staff and never truly got it. I will not be back
Good was good but not special. They took the real good favorites off the menu. Miss the unlimited soup and salad lunch
My son ordered the bourbon steak medium rare. When it came out it was raw. (Yes I should have taken a picture)ok no problem we let the waitress know she said they would cook another one and bring it out….. Everyone that was at our table finished eating and the steak still wasn’t out. My husband has to go find our waitress to ask for the steak and our check. The steak still wasn’t done. He tried talking to the manager and she didn’t give him the time of day. We ask for the meal to be taken off the check as the guy is walking out with it and the manager tells him to throw it away…..
I absolutely love this place. It was my first time going. I will definitely go back. The food and service was amazing.
