Sat in line Saturday night the 10th of June with less than 7 cars in front of me after placing a order for traditional wing they said they didn't have any so placed a order for zaxbys grilled cob salad and sprite ,they gave total and sat for 30 min in line when I got to the window they went to take my money they said o I'm sorry they don't have the stuff for cob salad would you like something else...now why would it take 30 minutes to realize you took a order for something you dont have ? And 2 why would you let your customers sit in the hot air for 39 min. And not tell them ,sorry service , lack of communications .
I ordered a #6 which was supposed to be a fam pack for $32. After taxes I literally got a small box with fries with 2 chicken fingers and a little bit bigger box that had a few cold fries and a few more chicken finger and a slice of bread. The employees were playing around. Had I of realized that this so called meal wasn't a family pack like was said I wouldn't have purchased it. I was too tired to go back to the the restaurant but I won't be spending my money there again.
Had a bad experience today. First off they gave me the wrong food completely. Second, they gave me my order but I was missing 2 items. I told the lady and she handed me a container of my item with no bag. I was still missing the kids meal I ordered but at that time I wanted my money back because the toast was burnt and the chicken looked old. Fries didn’t have the extra seasoning I asked for either. The girl at the window looked confused the entire time like she had no idea what she was supposed to be doing. This zaxbys location is awful.
Went to Zaxbys on 5-6-22 the team member emalee was extremely rude she kept over talking me while I was attempting to place my order fries wasn’t fresh as I requested requested extra fries didn’t get them manager on duty didn’t take my complaint on her seriously first an last time visiting this location since covid has started customer service at fast food restaurants has really been negative zero .
My last visit to Zaxby's a month ago was terrible because the two kids grilled cheese sandwiches I ordered were so incredibly salty they could not physically be eaten. I trashed both of them. Tonight I go back and explain my last experience and ask if they can make a grilled cheese that is less salty, if they can't, I don't want it. They agree and I go home only to find two of these meals which clearly are not grilled cheese sandwiches. Now it is late and I drive back to Zaxby's near closing time, as usual there is no less than 8 vehicles waiting in the drive thru and the dining room is closed. There is no way I will make it to the window and be able to get the correct food by 10PM, closing time. So another visit to Zaxby's and two more meals in the trash. If you want to buy food that you just go home to throw away, eat here.
Always a bad experience. I never leave here without a problem. Always get home and something is wrong aside from what I have to get corrected at the window. I’m never rude or mean about me because people make mistakes but like every single time. Also just rude. I ordered a nibblers meal today with sauce on the side and no sauce and there was hot sauce on the nibblers ?. The trash loved it.
Food was great. Zaxby's has raised the standard. Great job, fingers cooked correctly and done not overcooked. Fries cooked correctly. Customer was excellent. Keep it up Zaxby's.
Got the great 8 meal, it was awful no sauce on wings, wings taste like plastic. Very disappointed.
The food is pretty good Zaxby's usually is, but in my opinion there a bit overpriced and I also do not think they should have a drive-through, if you're going to use it make sure you got time to sit and wait at leas 15-20 minutes.
Today they had someone outside taking orders got my order wrong, burnt chicken i asked for boneless wings,not a box full of burnt bones this has happened numerous times it is about the worst zaxbeys I have ever been to
