Order online wasn't made when I got there; wait 23 minutes.Three flies flying and walking over the counter.Dunking donuts coffee container in the food pickup window between cook area and order area.A cook kept on touching his right ear; not sure if he had air pods it or not. He shouldn't be doing that. At least he had gloves onYoung lady up front kept on dragging the palm of her hand up against her nostrils (7x during my visit) then proceeded to put boxes in bags. Did not wash her hands at all.
Rude staff!!! Poor customer service, did not receive my full order. I live out of town and was passing thru. Called and spoke with a manager and she was no help at all. So now I am out of $50. I will not be stopping by this location at all. The other location in Ladonia is amazing. I have never had an issue with them. Great food definitely worth the drive
Great if you enjoy nasty food and rude staff. This place has really gone downhill. This new staff leaves alot to be desired. The restaurant could also use a good cleaning esp by the soda machine. Definitely will not be coming back!!
Do not eat here! Long line, food nasty tastes old, saw a roach in the ladies restroom. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.
Absolutely awful! $60 worth of cold uncooked wings half done fries. 8 fries with the combo. Over seasoned burned fries. Just terrible. Waited all that time for trash. Never again. Jack's is so much better. We trashed the food. Poor service. Young people. Awful cooks
I am not sure what has suddenly happened but the house salad has a TON of little carrot sticks and I think the onions were removed. There are so many, one can't really remove them. I get this salad VERY often and if this is a permanent change, I will no longer purchase. It was NOT enjoyable!!
The food was good but the inside of restaurant was not very clean. The soda machine was very dirty. the counter where the tea sits was sticky and they had soo many lids in the bins that you couldnt get one out without touching others.
The servers here are rude as hell! When I didn't blurt out my order immediately, I was told to order now or they would not take my order when I was ready! The people here definitely reflect the companies desperation for employees!!

This is the worst place you could ever live very poor management Don care very dissatisfied up stairs tenant very disrespectful just hate I ever look for this place to live I'm breaking my lease due to lies told in my lease, police was called to this place twice and management done nothingim breaking .my lease BBB HAD TO GEGT IN VOLVED THIS WILL MAKE THIS BUSNIESS A BAD RATING.AND I HOPE I HAVE A PLACEFUL MOVE..AT THE ENDI WIND UP UNDER DR CARE DUE TO THE RESLLY BAD STRESS..I JUST WANT ALL MY THINGS OUT THIS UNKIND PLACE AND NEVER LOOK BACK EVER AGAIN..TODAY IM MORE HAPPIER AND BLESS THAN IVE BEEN IN A WHILE.. GOD ANSWERED MY PRAYERS SO JANUARY ILL BE OUT THIS MESS.DONT GO NEAR THESE APARTMENTS.
