I just want to say that the people who work at this store are just some of the sweetest I've come across in a long time. Thank you for making my experience so enjoyable. And whoever decided to make the strawberry frosty needs a promotion. It is by far absolutely hands down delicious I so very much enjoyed it as well. God bless all of you and have a wonderful day
I waited in line for 10-15 minutes waiting to place a order at 10:50 at night. Online it says this store close at 1am at night at this new wendy’s in Phenix CityAL lines were long, had two lines wrapped around the building no one came to the intercom to allow customers to place an order a worker or employee came outside seen the lines wrapped around walked thru the line of cars to his car came back thru the lines of cars to go back inside wendy’s and didnt say anything to the lines of cars to let us know or infrom us if they where close or open just allowed us to sit there thats unprofessional if yall are not open yet thats understandable but online its says your so yall need to update the online info& or post signs of hours of operation times etc on intercoms ,doors& windows to inform fellow customers that would be very very helpful in the furture thanks
The staff was so friendly and helpful. They didn't have something I ordered, but replaced it with something else. One of the staff noticed my neck was red and asked if I was having an allergic reaction. I said no I was just sunburned. But I appreciate the fact he noticed. If I was having a reaction, that could have helped me. Definitely would recommend eating here.
I went inside Wendy’s, Highway 80, Phenix City to get two Frosty's. No one working the counter, after a couple of minutes I tried to signal workers doing drive thru, they all looked at me and continued with what they were doing. I said “excuse me, is anyone working the counter?” Still no response, I asked again and one of the employees advised me someone was working the counter and they called his name. He came up and apologized, but it wasn’t his fault. He did not see me enter. He was mopping the bathrooms. I believe one of the employees working drive thru should have responded sooner. I asked who the manager was and she came out of her office in a very defensive/offense way. She said she was watching the whole incident on the camera and said the employees were working the drive thru and were too busy. Now, if I was a manager I would have come out of my office to help. She did nothing to help except asked the young man if he saw me enter and he didn’t see me. Any decent manager would have stepped up and helped. I have been a customer there for years and this was the worst I have ever seen. I do like Wendy’s and this is the first time I have had a problem.
Great tasting fast food and friendly service especially from the management staff
I had cobwebs or floor debris in my fries. ?
This place is horrible. I’ve gone twice now since it’s the closest thing to my new house but today was the final time. My sausage biscuit was black. Burnt so bad my son won’t eat it. And my chicken sandwich was so crispy I couldn’t bite into it. Won’t be coming back.
This place has come a long way and their manager has turned the place around. I eat here at least two or three times a week. That chili they got is some good stuff on cold day.
Ordered a fresh hamburger it was cold took it back the second was cold as well it a no for me when I order fresh thats what I expect to get
Their dining area was the only one open, and with a tall travel trailer not being able to go throw the drive-thru happy to be able to get some food. Thank you!
