I went to purchase a waffle and sausage platter. The order was taken promptly, and she even prepared, well started to prepare it. She put the batter in the waffle maker and walked away. She took a few orders then walked around talking to 1 of her friends that entered the restaurant. She wasn't waiting on them, but yapping away with them. I observed the 2 cooks busy trying to fill all orders. 1 cook finally asked her did she forget the waffle. She walked towards the waffle maker and rudely attempted to plate an overcooked waffle, anyone could tell it was overcooked and crunchy. I attempted 3 times to get her attention to tell her that is not what I paid for and will not accept that to eat. She ignored me until the cook stepped up to her and told her that she couldn't serve me that. She slammed it in the trash and walked away so aggressively. The cook who had finally caught a break from orders made my waffle excellent! I was very dissatisfied with the cashier's behavior entirely. Once the waffle was done and she brought it to me, she was talking across the room to her friend and just dropped my food in front of me and walked away. I definitely will not order anything if I return in the future if she has to be the one to wait on me.

the waiter and two other customers were in the office taking turns sniffing something from a baggie. I could plainly see thru the tented glass, from my seat at the bar. The cook at one point turned around to notice he was working by himself.
It has been better at this location than it was this visit. Black waffle, had to send it back but they made it right and gave me a new one . Staff very kind.
Great food n service! An the staff R friendly especially that Really Hott chic Jessica Dorton. She's really nice makes ya feel at home and did I mention she's Really Really Really Pretty!!!
I waited an hour to place a to go order at the high counter!A man came in 30 min after me & placed his to go order. I finally asked if I was invisible & received my 2 to go burgers after 1&1/2 hours!
My friend and I went to the waffle house to eat It was a bad experience It was so cold .The bench,table and even the silverware was cold. We had coats on and was freezing Our waitress had a coat on and she was cold She told them we was cold they would not turn the air up The air felt like it was about 60 degrees It was warmer outside. They were not busy at all. My friend got a sandwich and hash browns The hash browns were cold when he got them. My Waffle and Bacon was cold before I could eat them. I've been to a lot of Waffle Houses I know they are cold but this one was ridiculous. If you go to the Waffle House on Summerville Rd during the 2nd shift you will be miserable. I don't think they wanted any customers to eat inside. My friend ask for a go box and went to the car Our waitress was very nice and apologized We know it wasn't her fault The Shift Manager controls the air.
Excellent customer service from the staff on duty. Everyone was very helpful.
