We was seated and was waiting for our waitress when a bunch of people walked in and was waiting to be seated. All of a sudden the manager said we are now only taking to go orders after we had been seated for ten minutes. I will never be here again and I will make sure none of my family and friends will never eat here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I'm hungry for breakfast like biscuits and Gravy there's no place other than waffle house to get just right especially scattered, smothered, covered, diced etc the staff wasReally good professional, curious and quick thank you ladies it was excellent rRick
Never coming back to this location again. Took 20 minutes just for the waitress to take my order or even give me a cup of coffee. Only 6 people were dining in. Took almost 45 minutes to get my food. She did nothing but complain on the phone the whole time about having to work. Stayed on her phone the whole time I was in there. Wish I could give negative stars.
this waffle house is the best one in phenix city in my opinion. This one has been open the longest and has the best tasting food. I always see the same people that has been working there for a long time. They know how to throw down! I would rather spend the extra time and money to sit down and have the best bacon for your grits and eggs. Just saying if you are wanting some good food and you are around this Waffle House GO! You want regret it.
Bitter cold. Could see my breath. Food was cold faster than I could eat it ? maybe better luck next time. Happy people and sweet waitress.
