I really don't like writing low reviews, but this is ridiculous. Always out of main menu items. I get it if they run out of things once in a while, but this is a near constant issue. And they don't tell you when you're ordering that something you ordered is out of stock, they wait until you are at the window or getting your food to say something. They don't offer a refund, just stare at you acting irritated until you ask for a different item (bet you the different item is unavailable too). Not to mention having to wait longer than normal times in the drive thru and inside. Have to ask the workers multiple times for the rest of our order, just to have a snotty response. If I paid for it, I'm getting it. And every time we order ahead through the app, it doesn't matter what drink or size we order, we get a small Sierra mist with more ice than soda. Sometimes it actually has syrup if we're lucky. Today was the most recent. Came through, ordered and waited nearly 30 mins for a couple chalupas, a crunchwrap and a couple sodas. Had to wait while the worker remade the food since we got tacos. When I brought it to the workers attention, she rolled her eyes and said she'd go check the screen. An older man, came up and said he'd remake the order. Then they still handed us two small drinks when we had ordered larges. I try to be a patient person, but the rude attitudes are unnecessary.
Disappointed! It just recently opened, its drive thru is terrible ? slow motion! Waited 30mins to get fast food.Next time I rather go home n cook.Gas is high at the pump already! We can not continue to have this!
I made a mobile order to pick up inside of the store and when I arrived they had the doors locked. When I went in the drive thru they said they had no mobile orders even though my app said my food was ready... Then the manager refused to come to the window and speak with me about it or attempt to make my food I paid for... Terrible experience and still have not recieved my money back or my food.
Sodas are all carbon And they acted as if it was a problem I wanted my food with no sour cream.got home and instead of no jalapeño sauce I got extra.didnt revise this till I bit into it..I'm allergic thanks a lot guys..will be reaching out to corporate cause I know yall wont do jack about it.this is the drive thru
Oh my goodness, let me tell you, customer service and food was Awesome and Fresh! Drinks were not flat at all! We ENJOYED the food and laughter UNTIL two ladies and two gentlemen brought a Husky Dog within the fast food spot, not to mentioned a guy walked the dog into the ladies restroom with with the ladies (thank goodness I went before hand)...so I asked for a to-go bag (not a doggy bag?) for the rest of my meal; told the young, the food was Outstanding but I see animals on the premises (it was Not a service dog either)! ?♀️
Twice I have been through the drive thru at the Taco Bell on Compromise Dr. In Russell county Alabama I the Laconia area and twice the young lady at the window has asked to keep the change…why? The local banks have change available every day…this is not right, I don’t care how you want to justify it..
I have been to this location 3 times and all three times there was something wrong. Once, there were missing items. The other times the food that was prepared and served was unappealing and not of good quality. The least amount of food was applied to the Tacos, soft shell tacos, and burritos. Will not go again.
They gave me a dry black bean Crunchwrap supreme. I didn’t even get an actual bite of black beans, cheese or lettuce for that matter until the middle, then a little further in came the tomato & sour cream. I highly recommend not coming here.
The just up and quit taking my order in the middle of it leaving me soaking in the rain. Then when I asked why they did it they just laughed at me. One fourth of my quesidilla was an over burnt empty shell. The worst service and food of any good around. I'm sad they got the space that could've gone to something better. I've tried several times, thinking it was just that once but it's been every time. It's worth the time to drive to one further away.
New building that's the good part. The drinks were out of syrup on most fountains and the didn't worry about trying to fix it either. Ordered a unsweet tea because the fountain drink were so bad out of wack and they had no artificial sweetener for the tea. They didn't even have mild taco sauce.
