Went 2 days straight. First day my husband brought order home for me it was straight. We went back I got the same the next day and I should’ve tasted when I received. All I could taste was the one particular sauce that had been piled on all my tacos. They didn’t even come with the guacamole sauce they were supposed to. I got lettuce and onion added and still could not taste anything except that chipotle sauce that was loaded on. Check your order thoroughly even if you have to taste it while at the window. Me personally not a taco person needed the veggie tacos for a specific reason. I’d advise pay attention to the order (which was ordered correctly) and bag them correctly and overall fix the food properly not sloppy and disgusting. Couldn’t eat it and did not return.
Went inside, waited as if invisible. Employee on cell phone, another employee asking about how she wants her change back to employee on phone, both of us ignored.The owner of the franchise does not care or know.I will not be back until all are fired and this new franchise gets a manager.I would personally shut it down.
I went through the drive thru sitting there for roughly 10 minutes waiting to order. When i finally got to the speaker, a young lady rudely asked for my order. When I got to the window, I seen a lot of workers playing around in the front as I wait for my order. This is highly unacceptable for me to wait this long due to them messing around up front.
Expect to be sitting in drive thru a good while. You'll even be asked to sit at the speaker box while they work your order to keep others from ordering. Food was good but I paid twice as much for my usual order this last time. Unless I get a taco craving I won't be going back. If I'm going to pay that much I'd rather buy a decent meal. I know prices are high everywhere but literally paid double this last time.
Finessed me by not giving me my change at all after I told them I didn’t want to round up for donation and claimed they gave me my money. Full of scammers that money aint going towards charity trust
Placed an online order for pickup, get home and the food was horrible, tacos falling apart, taste like they had burnt the beans on the burritos, and WTH happened to the burrito supreme, it use to be so good, it was disgusting, the meat tasted old and both my husband and I felt sick after eating, never again at this location on the 280 bypass.. BOOOO!!
Always super tasty when you're on thr go. The staff at this location was especially nice which the made the experience even better.
They are constantly understaffed which isn't their fault, but it will cause you to be there quite frequently for a very long time. For those who are there, they are very sweet and kind people every time I come there, they make your food the way it should be made and always give it with a smile. Keep chugging Taco bell!
Tacos burritos and cinnamon bites can't go wrong. Good service clean restaurant and good spot for some fast food.
I would give zero stars if I could!! Worst service I have ever had from them!!All of the food we ordered was horrible!! It was sloppy and thrown together!! None of it was made the way we asked for it to be!! My crunchwrap was the worst of all!! Half made!! One corner had meat cheese and sour cream literally one corner!! It was all broken apart when I pulled it out of the package!! It was hard as a rock to the point you couldn't even bite into it!! Do better something needs to be done about this ridiculous service!!
