I went there to grab a sandwich while my family member was in recovery at the hospital down the road. The man making my sandwich was rude. That should have been my first clue not to eat there. When I got back to the hospital and started to eat, I discovered a bug in my sandwich. I immediately thru the rest of my sandwich away. It still make's me sick thinking about it
Never ever again will I spend 1 cent at this location! Lazy, rude, and very racist!
No meatballs for meatball sub. That's semi-acceptable. But, then, I ordered a veggie salad and they charged me for the price of a protein bowl because... (you won't believe the reason) they were out of salad bowls. If I go to another Subway, it won't be this one!
We always order for pickup..we are given a time for pickup we show up on time not to early and not late. Then my husband has to reorder both of our sandwiches. When you have kids for employees who’s friends hold them up from making the food for other customers that becomes a problem…we ordered at 6 and pickup was 6:30. Not even close to closing time. Just laziness…
Very surprised at the poor reviews I’ve been reading about this location. Came here to say that both times I have been I have had an under 5 minute wait, wonderful customer service (which can make all the difference in the world), and a great lunch. Big fan so far!

They said they were out of multiple things when I said you are out of all flat bread she said oh well I do have two 6 inches. So she made a foot long. They were already cleaning up and didn't want to take anything out so they were "out" of a lot of things. The girl started making my salad put the meats and cheese in the bowl and walked away.... Came back to the front after the man completed my salad, but only to find her phone. This is the second time they didn't have half of what I asked for will not be back to this location again.
Randomly closed at 2:00? Why does this location just close whenever it feels like it? Came over to Publix....it’s actually better quality boars head meat and cheese...definitely won’t be getting subway with the Publix deli so close.
