I decides to give this place another try after about 6 months a couple of weeks ago and I must say the 2 people working there were the MOST polite people I have ever encountered in Customer Service History. I decided to pop back in today at lunch 3/2/22 and the same 2 employees were working there again. They are the BEST!!! I don't know what they get paid but they deserve a raise. My husband and I own a business a we are lucky to have great employees that make our Customers want to come back! Kudos for hiring these two people. I encourage everyone to visit this place.Janice W.

I would have given this Subway no stars if I could. Subway on 280 bypass in Phenix City, just horrible. I visited at about 130pm. The worst customer service ever. The employees are very nasty. Attitude out of this world to be working with the public. No patients. I told her not to toast one of the sandwiches she toasted it anyway and when I advised her that I didn’t want it toast that she got a attitude and mumble under her breath. Just Nasty. Won’t be back. Just horrible. Subway y’all need to do better, I get that folks have bad days sometimes but when you are in customer service you have to be able to push pass your bad mood and do your job without an attitude.

Just don't even waste your time.

This is the nastiest lady ever in here. Working by herself with a nasty attitude slamming stuff around was REALLY rude to a little girl with her mom. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. Everyone was saying thank you while she rolling her eyes. NASTY ATTITUDE AND I WON’T BE BACK EVER

Horrible customer service. If you have anxiety, this is definitely not the location to go to. There’s a lady who works there that will literally yell at you like you’re stupid because she chooses not to listen to you when she’s rushing you to order.

Traveling through, here at 6:40pm on a Saturday. A handwritten sign on the door said they were going to close at 8. As soon as we walk in the employees let us know that the credit card machine is down, and they aren’t accepting cash..??? Then asked if our daughter could use the restroom and they said it was out of order??? Maybe this was the perfect storm of outages, failures, and issues, but I have my doubts.

The worst subway ever, the employees do not listen then get mad when you correct them on their mistake, they are beyond rude and even threatened to beat my a** with my small child standing there. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service the worst I’ve ever experienced. I will never visit there again unless those 3 women are fired!!!

I was in and out. They had my order ready quickly
