Disappointed from Wednesday July 20th 2022 truly sucked cooked my food beyond recognition. Then offered to redo it when I come back to Phenix City AL went today July 22nd 2022 and the people as well as the owner pretending as if they didn't tell me they would redo the order. Service just SUCKED
The food is delicious!! We were new in the area & didn’t know what was going on but Key was so patient & helped us out and she was so sweet. Customer service was 100 out of 10 :))

The catfish fillets were the best I've had and I've ate a lot of catfish. Good size pieces and cooked to perfection. The ladies working the counter was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely come again when I'm back over that way. If you like catfish, stop by and get you some.
Sharks is my go too!! Got some in the fridge from last night right now. The food is always good and the customer service is superb. My wife and kids have glow in their eyes when I come home with Sharks. Definitely recommend and definitely gonna keep going back.

I went last Thursday on 5/26/2022 and everything was awesome! I had the chicken philly and it was exactly what I was expecting to be! Will definitely visit again! The workers were very nice from the entrance until the exit! Great choice
Bought fish, got more oil than fish. It's says Chicago style on the sign. I have been to Chicago, many times. They would run you out of business, with food like this. My grits was super lumpy, and small. Like 2 tablespoons in a little condiment container. Staff was nice and courteous, food was nasty. Stay near a bathroom after eating here.
Stopped by today to try sharks and man was it worth the wait. Food is cooked to order and always fresh, the taste is excellent. This particular location was nice, had everything I needed and the seeet tea was good as well. If I had to recommend I would tel everyone to stop by and try them. Only reason I didn’t leave 5 stars is because there was no air on and it was kindve hot on the inside.
