My Apologies Everyone, No Pictures! The food was Hot/Fresh, Battered/Seasoning to Perfection, Crispy on the outside & Juicy on the inside! The Biscuits, I have Nothing to say but "My Goodness Grashus!"☺️☺️I'm not for sure the names of the individuals BUT I Thank You So Much for the food that was served! The Only downside that hurt was the Price and the menu has decreased. I must say, looking back at the price and the taste of the deliciousness, it was worth every penny!!Keep That Going Popeyes, Seriously!
5:15 pm Holiday weekend and dining room not open again. There’s no sign on the door, no one answering phone, and website says dining room open until 10pm. Bad customer service. At least make changes available to the public.
Terrible. Food just nasty. Waited 100 years and then the cashier had the audacity to ask me if I wanted my biscuit. I want everything I paid for. Idiot. The whole meal was terrible. Never again.
I ordered four piece white chicken combo at the drive-thru. I pulled to the side, checked my order, it was a four piece mixed?. Returned inside to get what I ordered. The employees were very nice and professional. 3 of them were willing to help. Asked me for my receipt and what pieces were wrong. SIMPLE. But here comes The manager asking them what’s wrong, reached over and grabbed my bag to put her face in to see what actual pieces I had. SHE TAKES THE BAG I HAD INSIDE OF MY CAR AND PUTS IT ON THE HOT BAR WERE THE FRESH FOOD WAS. SHE KEEPS THE THIGH!!?. THE MANAGER. I wish I saw her name….black lady very short hair. No one called for her because no one needed her!Someone behind me has a piece of chicken that was in my car! I could have sneezed or coughed on that! I definitely touched it!! 5/9/22 7pmish. This is unacceptable. We wonder why so many viruses exists.
Went today ordered the 10pc mix with 2 sides 6 biscuits. Got home had 10 pc and 1 side. Didnt get the other sides. But i surley paid for them. To far to go back with gas prices like they are. will not go back to that location.
They owe me a country style Mac & Cheese. Had to go back for my tea and then discovered that I was missing my Mac & Cheese. Was tired of going back. Happens often enough that I'll just skip them from now on.
I went for lunch 2 or 3 times in the last 2 weeks, Keishia, is FANTASTIC!!! Customer service is off the charts so professional and polite! I literally love her! She always takes great care with each order and keeps her team on task!! Great job Keishia!!
This is the worst Popeyes ever. Every time I’ve been here it’s super slow. I waited 20 minutes tonight only to get home and instead of 2 large sides I got this for my family of 4. This location should be closed I’d rather drive to river rd in Columbus never again!
Love the tackle box! In the past I detested the customer service and didn't eat here for almost 2 years. Once I decided to give it a try again, new crew and entirely different experience. I haven't encountered 1 rude or unpleasant cash, even if they were extremely busy...they remained friendly and professional!! Glad I gave them another chance.
Still the best spicy chicken sandwich anywhere. And if I don't fry the chicken myself then I prefer the Cajun spicy chicken on the bone. Thigh or wing! ?❤️??
