I ordered a large meat lover it was the nasty I have ever eating in pizza hut don't know what happened to pizza ?
Pizza was okay, we just didn't like that our stuffed crust pizza was light skin, and undercooked. It tasted real doughy like play doh. It was really a miss this time, better luck next time on pizza night.
Ok my experiences was cool but it's not n my jurisdiction so i try to call otber pizza polaces imean it's a nice place to eat but i gave them $33.00 for what i had wanted so thet said im off their list of good customer service. I c. O n p.s. cook the food more.
Ordered pizza, spent over $30 and they couldn’t even cut the pizza! The only options was for me to bring it back and have them remake it at now 10pm or they could give a $5 coupon for a future order that I will now never use!!!!! Domino’s is the only place around here that can properly make a pizza. Now I know why Domino’s is always so busy.

I was traveling and ordered by phone due it saying only 3 miles out of my path. However, when I clicked on directions, it was 30 minutes outside my path. I called to cancel within minutes and was told by an old gruff sounding lady who said her name was sheree, there is nothing she can do but close out the order. I knew this was a lie, so I called corporate and had my refund within 19 minutes of placing the order. Sorry you work at Pizza Hut sheree, but it’s time to find your next job, preferably not with people. We are all smarter than you sheree. You can’t lie to the general public and think anyone will believe you. I imagine she just wanted the tip, but still…….lying is bad.Since corporate did the right thing, I ordered from a closer location.
The front counter cashier which was a guy he was rude and when I handed him my money he literally snatched it out my hand and on top of that the pizza was over cooked.... but whatever I was only passing thru phenix city but I definitely will not use that location again
The food was good. Obviously the store was understaffed but the young man who helped was courteous. Now the website is challenging and in my opinion could be more user friendly but the overall experience was pretty good.
Pizza was smoking hot... Staff visit be a little better but I understand being short staffed and over worked.. But remember a fist impression is a lasting impression...
Great service and nice food. It’s always here when your looking for something to eat. Food does take a little minute but it’s still fine.
