Brandi F delivered my pizzas to the wrong house knew it was the wrong house and still delivered it instead of taking it back to the store. I called several times and no one answered. They were not busy because they ran out the store at exactly 10:13 I started calling at 9:48. If you gone be in a rush to get off and not care about people money then FIND A NEW JOB. Papa johns is yo high to be playing like that periodt.
waited 40 mins for 1 pizza. was told there were issues and pizza had to be remade, after waiting for such a long time already. staff was playing around and cussing instead of working.
Pizza is always hot, staff is friendly and so helpful.

In store pick up is the way to go idk why but I've been getting cold luke warm pizza lately. I just looked I am a valued customer with over 300 orders on my app and live less that 3 miles from the location. When I pick up in store no problems at all. But delivery needs work.
I placed an order online at the location on 280 in Phenix City, I ordered two pizzas, door dash comes to deliver and only had one pizza, I tried to call the store but no answer, the driver called door dash who also attempted to call Papa John’s, also no answer, I will be on the phone in the A M to straighten this out
