Ordered an apple pie, last night, the filling was dried stuff to the core. The least they could have done was said, “We do not have any great one available” just like they say “Our ice cream machine is not working”. Do better.
I’m a manager at a fast food franchise, i get it. I understand you’re trying to close and get out of the store as soon as possible, but there is no reason i should’ve sat at the mic for 10 min (being the only person in line), then pull around to the window and have an employee be rude just for making sure they weren’t closed. Ridiculous. I know for a matter of fact you can hear everything with a head set on and it would’ve taken three seconds to reply to my hellos and ask me to hold on for a second.
Horribly understaffed, waited 50 minutes telling me it's getting there the entire. 50 minutes. That's no good, asked for a refundManagement do better.
Best customer service ever experienced at McDonald's. A young lady named Tay was my cashier. I didn't have enough for our food and she literally took a dollar out of her pocket. The thoughtful act she did I wouldn't even expect. Thank u Tay u made me n my son day
1st of all its added onto a gas station witch makes it hard to get in and out of with all the gas pumps and what not.. bathroom looked like had not been cleaned in a month. I wanted red fruit punch both sides were just water.. overall MY experience was terrible... mcdonalds..sorry..not sorry it had to be said..get your staff and location up to par
They have you sitting in the drive thru for at least 5 minutes and won’t say anything on the speaker. And then once they come on the speaker they have an attitude with you. I know there is a shortage of workers but at least have the common decency to come on the speaker when a customer pulls up and say we’ll be right with you or give us a moment. Some of the women at the window are just plain mean! I can say, my coffee is always fresh and is always hot. That’s the only good thing about this particular McDonald’s.
Ordered 2 of the bundles. Get to the window, and the girl tries to hand me drinks. I told her I didn't have drinks. Then, she tried to give me wrong food 2x. Told her what I ordered, she huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes. She was RUDE AF asked for receipt. Gave it to her and she snatched. Finally about 10 mins later got our food. Horrible experience.
Drive thru order was correct. Fries were hot and fresh. Staff was polite and efficient.
This place is a joke, will never go back,Most of the time your order will be different than what you have ordered I think no one cares I called the managerAnd she hung up on me what a joke.Very VERY DISSATISFIED.
This place trash. Order at 6:16 and it was 7:34 when I got my money back. They rude. They can’t cook. Left with no food. I’ve had plenty of burgers with no meat. Food got hair in it. They talking on the phone with making food. Had a manager lie and tell me she was new and training and couldn’t give me money back but was the same lady who opened the draw to give me money back. Call cooperate on this trash place! AND they fired my boy on his off day !!!
