Just came from here 10 minutes ago. I ordered 3 of the 2 for $6, 2 large order no salt fries and a large Tea. She quoted the order $36.82We kept(nicely) telling here that her total was incorrect and she jumped with an attitude , saying "will this complete your order?" We canceled the order and left. I was not about to give her $6 dollars. I can add and don't need a calculator. All she had to do was press the picture button on her register and apparently that was Rocket science.
Had all the doors locked 2 hrs before closing with no sign or explanation. They did let me in to order but locked the door behimd me. Seemed like a fire hazard. Fries aren't done and no salt. Mcdoubles are burnt.
Crazy how incompetent these employees are, they forget so much of your order and food that if God forbid you loose your receipt you might as well buy another meal because they are that bad.
The staff that works the morning shift at McDonald's by Walmart on 280 Bypass is excellent but the staff that works the evening shift is horrible I always have a problem when I go to McDonald's in the afternoon or at night and they are so very rude
People are very friendly. But the cooks have no idea what they are doing. I would understand a mixed up at first but you should at least right it right on the second time. Also shorted my kid apple slices and dipping sauce and burnt the bun on my chicken sandwich.
Had me waiting over 15 minutes no one ever answered the intercom .It doesn't make sense why there is two lanes and no one bothers to answer you or put a sign if the intercom is not working or if there is only one line open. Customer service is the same Everytime I try to give this McDonald's a chance I realize I'm just wasting my time and money. Poor customer service and no motivation . Food quality is very poor ,cold and stale most of the time. Wait longer than expected . prices have gone up . McDonald's has changed so much since I was a little kid . Don't recommend this location .

It's good but the fries didn't have enough salt so they sorta tasted like potato skin
One of my least favorites for fast food. But the breakfast is fast and Hott!
Had a very pleasant experience here. Of note, Sam who works the morning shift deserves every ounce of recognition for his professionalism, courtesy, friendliness and respect. I had a small issue with my order but Sam went above and beyond to remedy it. Coffee was just what I needed on that Monday morning too.
