My husband just went through this McDonald’s (5/14/2022) at around 1:30 PM and just came home where we live (5 minutes away) without any food at 2:30 PM. He ordered a mobile order over an hour ago, waited in his spot for 45 minutes before coming inside and waiting another 15 minutes for 2 combos. He finally asked if it would be much longer, and if so, if he could have a refund. The rude person behind the counter popped open the drawer and gave him a refund. No apologies, no offer of a discount, free food, explanation or anything. We live close to this location, it’s convenience. However, from now on, I will drive across town for food. Avoid this place like the plague.
This is by far the WORST McDonald's for service. The entire staff and Manager are rude and almost never get a order right.I will not return here. They take your payment but don't give you what you order. SOMEONE NEEDS TO RESTRUCTURE THIS LOCATIONHIRE AND TRAIN BETTER.I had to give a 1 star but is a no starbeen
This is by far one of the worst McDonald’s in Phenix city. The Workers are so rude it’s absolutely insane. Fries are dry as hell. I have never in my life waited FOR AN HOUR for some horse meat chicken nuggets. No joke I’m sitting in this line right now typing this and I made the mistake of paying for this food already. The girl that took my order for one was actually disgusting one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen in food business and I’ve had over five corporate calls on me at my job because of my attitude and I can tell you right now that hers is by far worse than mine. There was probably four cars in front of me and it was just absolutely awful. So whoever the night crew was on March 16 at 9:30 at night. Do better please god
Rude workers!!!! Rude workers!! Out of all the McDonald’s in the Columbus/ Pc area, I hate coming to this one. It’s just the closest to my house! They have the most nastiest attitudes. I had one girl tell me if I’m still there in 15 mins she’s gonna have her daughter come whoop my A! Of course I waited. Another time I visited this location one of the girls told me to watch my attitude and don’t get smart with her. She’s blessed she was on the drive-thru. The Frappe machines are always down or being cleaned. Never give you fresh fries unless you ask and even then they aren’t the best. The manager Sherita is nice. She just really needs to get the employees at this location in check.
This place is complete trash everything about it is horrible. If you want to consistently leave with the wrong order or cold fries stop here. We have given this Mc Donald’s more then a fair try but after today I’m just done with it.
Ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes this morning cause I start a big job today get 3 blocks down the road and there's no syrup for my hotcakes in the bag no silverware to eat. I dunno about anyone else but I think I'll pass on the dry pancakes ?
Slow as hell rude workers and the food you order is never right . My coffee was ice cold how is that possible. Frappee machines are always down and when they do work they are sloppy as hell you have to wipe the cup with four napkins so it don't drip everywhere. I gave them once last chance now I am boycotting them and the rest of my family is doing the same. Never eating there again or any other McDonald's
If I could rate them zero stars I would. Whether you look at the horrendous (and often disrespectful) customer service or the ridiculous wait times, this establishment is BAD all around. This has been an ongoing problem for quite a while now. My wife, daughter, and I have dealt with disrespectful workers, as well as very long wait times while ordering food inside the restaurant. And today we had a painfully long wait time in the drive thru. I could understand if it was during a lunch or dinner rush, but there were no vehicles in the parking lot and only 3 vehicles in the drive thru. I can only hope that someone in management reads this and makes some serious changes, but I’m not holding my breath.
Pulled into the drive thru around 9pm, waited at the speaker for 5 minutes before anyone spoke up to take our order. There were 3 other cars in the drive thru. Customer service was less than par per usual. Attitudes as always. The car in front of us seemed to know the person at the 2nd window as he was leaning out of the window and talking to the people in the car. It is now 9:19pm and we haven’t even pulled up to the 2nd window yet. I wrote this whole review after paying for our meal.
don't go here if you expect any kind of acknowledgement from the staff. there's a machine to put you order in through a complicated process. and then you get to stand there being ignored for like 20 minutes, taking the fast out of fast food. oh and don't try to walk around too much because the floors are so greasy and slippery you will probably fall and break something
