All my food was cold like it was put together with old ingredients on buns out of the bagThe cheese was not melted and the bun was exactly like it had come out of a plastic bag. We ordered our frys with no salt to make sure they were hot and it didn’t even matter…. ColdI only live less that 2 miles away ! My absolute worst McDonald’s in my life! I’m 60
Hit or miss when you go to McDonald's cold fries 90% of the time and this time cold burgers and old fish sandwich. Oddly enough they always charge you fresh food prices, Go Figure...
Just about every table is dirty. I've been waiting for service from anybody for 20mins. An employee is more worried about socializing than service.
I usually don't do this sort of thing when I have a bad food experience, especially these past few years where every establishment is short on personnel, but this isn't my first visit to this particular McDonald's and each visit there has been chaos and an unorganized staff working. I'm not even sure if there was a manager available because the lobby was closed and no one would pick up the phone when called. If anyone evaluates these reviews, particularly someone responsible for and believes in correcting things that customers complain of, please implement a plan for your staff to follow. There definitely needs to be some organizational training, customers service skills and team work implemented here.
I use the app to order and pay before I arrive, never had an issue. I wish they were able to keep sweet tea available in the dining room. The staff is nice and they get the orders out fast.
I asked for hot and fresh chicken sandwiches ordered 4 with a hot and fresh fry but they gave me cold chicken sandwiches and then after I sent it back they gave me hot sandwiches and cold fries that why I don't come to this location and I live right behind this location and I drive all the way to stadium Dr.

We ordered for the first time curbside, that was a joke! they never came out, I went inside they didn’t even know we had ordered! The food was terrible and cold! of course I don’t know why I thought it would be good! We avoid McDonalds, was apparently desperate today! The staff was to busy on their personal phones to wait on customers! It was a terrible experience!! Do better McDonalds!!!!!
Love going here in the morning though but jus got some dessert this time
they gave me a raw burger. when I went in there they said "what do you want?"
