This is the slowest place in the planet go there if you want to watch the grass grow. Every employee was useless. Including the manager. Save your gas and call for help. Worst 3 hours of my life. They act like the customer is annoying
I just called at 1045 pm and the guy who answered the phone said “we’re done now”. I’m not sure what that means so I asked umm.. can I still order food for take out and again his statement was no we’re not taking orders anymore…. Management you need to get your employees in order. Can’t believe the doors are still open and you can’t take an order. I thought as long as the doors are open your supposed to still serve customers.. apparently 1025 is when they “ stop taking orders” (35 min prior to closing).. never ordering from marcos again.
I like their pizza but the amount of toppings is wildly inconsistent. They used to put a nice portion of sausage until recently. I decided to pay for extra sausage and there may be 2-3 extra pieces of sausage. Expressed my concerns with management but they didn’t seem to care and said it was weighed. I’m sorry but I would notice the difference between regular sausage and double sausage.Update 01/13/21Tried again as suggested. I ordered pepperoni and 2x sausage. When I get there I am given a pepperoni pizza. They told me they would have to remake. They said it would be 10 minutes. I reminded them I ordered double sausage. When I get back the pizza does not have double sausage. I showed the manager and she shook her head and went to take to remake but i told her i didnt want it remade. I had already had one remade. I have pictures. This was at 9:30 when i first came in. I almost feel like this was deliberate. Also, i was asked to complete a survey for my last post which I did but havent received any response from anyone.

Over cooked pizza and cheese bread. Therefore the dough was extremely tough and pizza hardly had any sauce.

Ordered curbside pickup… checked in through the app as instructed but still had to go inside to get my order. Pizza was pretty good.
