My family use to alway get pizza from here. But the last few times we have went the dough has been undercooked. Pepperoni cheese bread was stringy and it was NOT the cheese it was all undercooked dough. There oven either needs maintenance or the employees are forcing everything through. It's frustrating when you get off work grab pizza for supper only to get all the way home and realize it's not DONE. Hope the get themselves together soon!
I went in & ordered a Supreme,hot & ready & cheesy bread sticks. The hot & ready wasn't fresh, the Supreme had to many green peppers ( didn't taste good) the bread sticks were under cooked. Usually everything is good I'm not sure what happened. I live an hour away & was to tired to take it back. Next time I will check my order before I leave.
Waited an hour for one pizza and cheezy bread (in store) went and asked about order it's right here (freezing cold) asked why it's cold oh we are busy... ask who the manager was two people pointed to a women in different color shirt and she then sent another guy up front to speak with me said she didn't have time. Refused to give customer service number then gave half an order of cheesy bread! This place has got continuously worse over past few months but you Raise prices and claim hot and ready and then have an hour wait and ice cold pizza. 100 percent would not recommend! No excuse for the service, attitude, or freezing cold food. I prefer not to leave reviews like.this but this was outrageous and bad service has happened before and wait period but food was right and warm. This was unacceptable!
Order online at 5:19pm , came to pick up at 6:09pm, order still wasn’t ready. I won’t bother again. Regardless of how well you plan ahead, orders are never on time.
Terrible customer service. I attempted to call the store before I left my house to make sure they had pizza available. No one answered the phone. I assumed that they have “Hot-n-Ready” pizza, since that’s that they pride themselves on. I was wrong. The extremely short girl with glasses was at the counter, who had the personality of a rock, told me there were no pizzas available and that it would be 20 minutes. So disappointed I left my house for that nonsense.
My boyfriend gets this on door dash all the time. They've always got the order right and in a timely manner. ; )
Great experience but just here lately I been told I had to wait 15 to 20 mins on a hot and ready its never ready and never that simple anymore been this way for over a month now...
I came here like I always do for my pizza and I never mind waiting but my order was taken at 4:49 all I ordered was a slices and sticks and i didn’t receive my order until almost 5:30 . I go home and dip my pizza in my cheesy jalapeño cup and it tasted funny , I looked at the date and it was from AUGUST 3 , 2021 . I am disgusted and when I called to simply inform the employees they didn’t seem to care at all
Food ok after all it is the cheapest pizza around staff gets a low score but it depends on who is working
The recently promoted store manager, Samantha, is definitely the absolute best and my all-time favorite employee of any Little Caesars I’ve ever been to. She’s always attentive, makes sure I’ve always been helped and loves making the best pizzas. I give her and her staff 10/5 stars!!! Love y’all ??
