If you come past 7pm est expect the drive through to take at least an hour just to put your order in. Every time I come here it takes that long.EDIT date 5/23/2022: still a one star, still takes over an hour to put in your order since they are still drive through only and now they have you pull up after paying to wait for them to bring your food outside, which has taken about 20 minutes since the time of this edit, and still no food has shown up. Go somewhere else for fast food they will actually serve you properly.
Terrible customer service handful of rude employees with nasty attitudes . The employees are very unmotivated and don’t want to even be at work. Doesn’t move swiftly at all and fails successfully to move orders through at a timely manner..many times order has been messed up.. you will sit in the drive through for 45 mins at 3:30 in the morning just for cold food. Needs to look into a new pest control service as well. Very horrible service and I’m sure I speak for many other customers as well.
The food was good and we received all of it. The wait time wasn't too bad even though they had several cars in the drive thru. They have discontinued the corndogs which is very disappointing. They also informed us they will only carry chili as a seasonal item only now. They have also went to 5 for 6.09. We spent 27.00 for a family of 3 and still had good left over.
The food was Ok for breakfast but it’s nothing to write home about. As far as the the extras such as free WiFi don’t waste your time and money. The WiFi signal Strength so bad it makes it totally useless. I couldn’t even get Krystal’s own home page to load without issues. I used my iPads Speedtest app to see what the problem was. Their provider was BEAM the local cable company. In Phenix City, Alabama was about only about roughly 1/3 to 1/2 mile away. So that wasn’t the problem. I did a signal strength test on the level I was getting. It was only a dismal 10 to 15 percent. The strange part is one minute it would test as 85 percent and seconds later jump all over the place. Strongly recommend you test your WiFi at this location before you try doing anything serious such as accessing your App Store for any program updates. If It tries to update any apps but gets hung up on a lousy Internet connection those apps may be unusable until those apps finally finished being updated. The one Nice part of the restaurant is they have plenty of AC jacks around the outside walls if your device needs it’s battery topped off.
This is one of my regular spots on a late night the foods always consistant and hits the spot service is always pretty fast there use to a crowd.
Always been the SLOWEST location in town. You never know what you're going to get with the employees. Sometimes they're nice, sometimes they're rude af.
They never get my food right..I've even called and complained about a manager telling me that I'm going to eat my food the way she fixed it..even though I asked if they could fix my food a certain way..they replied yes we can..so I ordered the food..waited in line for 15 minutes only to have someone snap on me when I got to the window.. she didn't want to give me my money back..I had to snap before getting my money back..SAD I live in Alabama but have to go to GEORGIA to get Krystal

Late night it is one of the only food joints in Phenix city Alabama. Especially that is within 5 miles of my crib.
