I had such a wonderful experience I had French Toast with Banana & strawberries it was awesome the price was excellent the customer service was Fantastic the restaurant was very clean and had a wonderful smell of pancakes I would recomend this place anytime if someone that ask me about a good place to eat and my response would be IHOP and can I come
It's been a long time since we've returned due to covid...I was under the impression to grab brunch with my family; as we were seated, the drinks came out 20 minutes later, the food 35 minutes later but the appetizer was ordered 5 minutes after the drinks which came out With the drinks ?...so I say let's go to apple b's, low and behold the food was coming out one by one, minutes apart guys (I'm looking crazy like oh so they cooked/fixed one dish but not the others)...this behavior wouldn't exist if the food came out at Once or perhaps a minute or two apart, not to mention when the total was over 140 (we want what we pay for but NOT BURNT? Bacon, Hashbrown, watery grits and uncooked French toast), I hate making a scene, not to mentioned our waitress left, no where to be found, she could have said, "My shift is over but the next individual in line is such and such, she/he will take care of you, enjoy your meal and have a wonderful evening!" Something in that manner, oh well, thanks away IHOP
Ordered curbside that was 30 min from the time they said it was going to be ready. Called in and the hostess ot whoever answered call had an instant attittude didnt even acknowledge and just said "talk to my manager i aint gonna take this". manager said it was coming out, took 10 more min, and then the lady bringing food out didnt even look at me when delivering food, no sorry, no have a good day, nothing. Bad attittude, just go to the waffle house instead, better treatment
Great service, friendly atmosphere, great food and clean restrooms. The service was fast and polite. The waitress was attentive and friendly/. I will definitely return when in the area again.
Waitress slow, I think there is and health and safety issue. The waitresses are busting tables after guest finishes. Then I guess what suppose to be the bust boy comes behind them and wipe the table off. As a customer we don’t know if they are washing there hands in between busting the table and delivering your food. We had to asked for are utensils,straws, steak sauce and then lemons for tea three times. I had to ask for ketchup from a family sitting at the next table.
The preparation time was a little long, the food was good, the waiter was doing good considering he was covering 2 stations. The check out procedure was a little confusing being the waiter said it was ok to checkout but when we got up there was told our waiter had to check us out, which took him from waiting on already annoyed customers. js
Not one of my best dining experiences. Service was terribly slow, and the food was bland- even when asking for a spicy poblano omelette.
Amazing food and great service
Seated at approx 10:30. Not very busy. Other patrons ordering drinks and meals that were seated after us. Walked out at 10:42. No one ever acknowledged us or took drink order. Went to a local owned breakfast place. Seated at 10:50 , had drinks by 10:52 and placed our order at 10:52.
The staff was very friendly and attentive! The food was hot and I could not have asked for a better experience. I really do feel it was my waitress. She was outstanding! I will return just because of her and I hope I receive the same service next time !
