Fast service for a sub restaurant, friendly and clean. Always good sandwiches.

I love firehouse but not this location. I've tried this location 3 times. Once it was okay but the other two times the sandwiches were just sloppy/thrown together and the young lady at the drive thru window wasn't very nice.

Good food, ordered a brisket and a meatball a couple times there and haven't gotten my order messed upWish they'd put more bbq sauce or Marina on the subs though so the subs aren't as dry, otherwise all good

The food was ok. Not good. Edible cafeteria style.Order was completely wrong. But was made right by Mrs Q. Someone give this woman a raise. Please.

I have been to this location twice. Both times I received someone else's sandwich. The first time I watched the lady infront of me open the sub with her hands and was still tried to be given the sub by staff. The manager said I should cut the kids a "break" when I refused the sub. I'm sorry I even gave this place a second chance.

Fabulous food, great staff and wonderful atmosphere! Really the best new place in Phenix City!

That is trash overflowing while employees chat. They clearly can do better in cleanup if they plan to stay in business in PC. We'll see what the food is when it arrives! Sandwiches had no meat hardly on them. Took 10 minutes to make 2 sandwiches and they were not warm. Poor service, poor cleanliness, and poor staff. Smh #DOBETTERFIREHOUSESUBS

This particular firehouse subs is basically the McDonald’s of subs. They average about one car per ten minutes, but it isn’t all bad. They were nice enough to add a bread tie to my sandwich free of charge tonight and somehow they knew I actually meant root beer when I said coke. Keep up the good work guys.

Their online ordering system through the app is almost always never working, and when you call them they refuse to take orders over the phone. While the food is good when they get it right, i shouldn't have to use my entire 30 minutes to wait for them to take my order and make it when they have the opportunity to either take it over the phone or fix their online ordering system. Such a shame.

After trying to place an order on the website, I received an error message to call the store to place an order over the phone. So I called, the young lady who answered the phone didn’t even know the greeting when she answered. I asked if I could place an order and stated the error that I received. She stated I couldn’t place it over the phone, so I advised that whoever is in charge should know for future reference that it’s advising customers to contact the store to place orders. Her customer service was absolutely horrible. I was told there was nothing that could be done about it. It almost sounded like she wanted to argue so I immediately hung up. I wanted to be a customer but after that interaction I’ll take my business elsewhere.
