Love their customer service. Never have a bad experience when I go in there
Paid extra 2$ for sausage on my sandwich and they gave me bacon… of course when you try to call and talk to anyone about they don’t answer. This is a poorly ran store and I hate coming here. This isn’t the first time they missed stuff up on my order. Last week they refused to give me my minions I PAID for. Corporate won’t help. Do yourself a favor and just drive the extra few miles and go somewhere else.
I go to get a coffee from the drive thru at 3:30 PM. There isn’t a single person In the drive thru line or in the store. The lady comes over the microphone to say “our drive thru is closed back up and come inside.” If you’re able to take my order at the drive thru why refuse service when NO ONE is even there. Seems like I always have some type of issue at Dunkin’ Donuts. Lazy and terrible service. Will never be back.
This Dunkin is embarrassing for this chain. A few times we have came around 3:00 in the afternoon, and they are “out of coffee”. The food, coffee, and wait has been terrible. The lines have taken too long for few cars. Also found plastic in our sandwich yesterday after waiting 20 minutes. Our coffees are ALWAYS WHITE! We order little ice and minimal creamer, they will make it how they want every time.
I’m so perplexed as to how a coffee chain can have small cups in the morning and only a medium or a large at night. Once would make sense but Im talking about 100 days running. I go to this place nearly everyday. If your saving the small cups for the day crew just say so.
Today Thursday March 17 2022 , as I'm pulling in I see some of the restaurant employees are enjoying there brake outside the store, I don't like drive and order so my best choice is always walk in right. So I'm half way parking and female employee wit the headset looks at me and tells me "no no no baby DON'T DO THAT DRIVE AROUND " so for a minute I was confused but I ask her are close or what and she tells me no so I walk in , a different employee comes inside from the same area they where taking a break from takes my order very polite. Don't even charge me for my hot drink. That is so crazy right the employee was telling me don't go inside go around that way she didn't had to go do her job I guess, I love this Drinks but this Thursday March 17 2022 will be the last time I step one foot or drive to buy anything from here thanks to that employeeHope some one from this place is reading thisNEXT FAVORITE PLACE IS THE ON WITH THE GREEN STAWS. NOT THE PINK STAW. THANK YOU

Wasted money, not so friendly staff the night u went and the dozen donuts I bought went in the trash ,not fresh at all they was hard and could definitely tell they were old .
At 4 pm went to buy Bagel, they were out. Asked for Croissants they were out. Manger needs to focus on Inventory.
